1. Send portfolio
2. If interested c client, send services and pricing guide
3. If nag avail na c client ng services, welcome packet po ba ang sunod or Discovery call? Sana masagot po. Salamat
Once nag-avail na si client, send the onboarding kit, Boss, make sure to include the invoice and contract to close the deal.
Then after magpay and sign ng contract, start na ng work 😊

mauuna pla yung invoice payment, sana napanood ko to before ako nakipag deal sa isang local client ko, gnito kasi nging process namin ms. sui, 1. client contacted me (friend of mine) kasi alam nyang marunong ako mag edit ng pics and vids (wala pa ko idea about smm that time) 2. verbal dea;/contract ( kung ano ggawin ko2x a day ang post - post, story, reels, then yung rate which is super baba base sa mga nakausap ko) 3. payment (after a month of my work na) then, may mga ginawa ako for the client na hindi part ng contract nmin, like creating the logo, editing vids for the ads and replying to the e-commerce
Okay lang din na after task na ang invoice if beta client/super kakilala mo na yung client, Boss 😊 But yeah, if possible, ganito maging onboarding process para clear on both sides yung deliverables, timeline, etc. 😊

Para smooth na yung process, Boss, and no need na magworry ka if scam si client or not. Kahit percentage lang like 50%. Then pagkaonboard, diretso na sa pag gawa ng tasks.

Not really required, Boss. You can proceed without a template. Mas mapapabilis lang if meron ka na nakaready.
First, proposal template or portfolio.
To welcome the client, you would need a Welcome Packet.
While working with them na, you might need a content calendar template and analytics report template.
How about the contract Ms. Sui? Dapat meron munang contract before sending this kind of welcome kit? 🙂

Yes, sa pitching, usually it's a proposal written in the form of cover letter, Boss.
Discovery call happens when nagkainterest na si client sa service and you'll hop on a call to see if you can help them and if you're fit to work together.

For transfers to bank accounts, the client would need your full name, address, bank name and 6-18 digit long bank account number
