Diecast Review Day - Maisto

Today’s Diecast review comes in the form of a 1:24 Scale 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10. Painted in Dark Emerald Green metallic, this Diecast model was bought brand-new at Kay-Bee Toys for $6.00 and is a full-featured model that includes opening doors, hood and trunk, along with operable steering, and adjustable seats. Tires are made of rubber, and overall, the detail is great for this scale. I do not, however, like the large gray sticker that Maisto used for the dashboard. It looks out of place and cheapens an otherwise decent interior. Also, the engine on this car must have missed the red paint stage, because it’s all black. Other Viper models from Maisto have the engine painted red, like the real car.

Nice bro! I actually just stumbled upon one at a Thrift shop here in Belize. I must say, they had a solid set of details compared to how most 1:24s are now. I didn't even know the seats can retract, and they also have actual vents for the grills in the front and back. Don't see that in most models Even today. I am very satisfied with this model.
