Just get a McPlant with no ketchup and a double cheeseburger with no relish or pickles and then swap the patties around. It's only 2/3 the size but it's essentially the same thing.

This was the greatest burger McDonald’s ever did! I was 13 and ate one everyday for that summer I also gained 20lbs but it was worth it!
