    Made this iconic fish today. exactly the way you describe.and you know what? That was awesome fish fry out of Pakistan I have ever eaten...thank you food scientist 👍❤️

      Thanks buddy. Honest I like this recipe, but I love the other fried fish recipe (best fried fish) I shared earlier. apni apni preference hai. I have noticed that people like this recipe more than that one.     Ap ny bilkul theek kaha, ab yaadgar fish ka zaiqa pehlay jaisa nahi raha.
    Mujhe un ki imli ki chatni bohat pasand thi, par ab us mein bhi maan bhar pani hota, jo us k taste kharab karta hai.

    The fish we have is not as Tasty as Pakistani fish we usually use salmon , Cod , Tlapia red snapper. What do you think which fish is better for your recipe

      wherever you reside in the world seafood is standard pretty much everywhere. Avoid tilapia for this recipe. Salmon has too oily flesh to be deep fried. Cod and Red Snapper will work great here.

    bohat ala ... hader abadi biryani bhi dekhi thi bohat achi thi keep it up ... surmaii mackrel hoti hai ??? kiyun k jo website main ney dekhi uss per yehi milla laii banaii per behad beymaza machli thi sabh mehnat per pani phir gya ... no pun intended lol

      makerel ek type of fish hai. surmai ke 2 english naam hain. king makerel aur wahoo. Wahoo buhat he zabardast machli hoti hai....isko loog bara surmai bhi kehtay hain. dono mein dekhne mein buhat kam farq hota hai. google kerain. surmai kam se kam 6 kilo ke machli liya kerain ussi choti nahi.

    Yaadgaar fish me nay bhi daekhi hei bauhat dafa wahan hamari grandmother rehti hei to rastay me yaadgaar fish kay paas say guzartay hein.

    aap nay paneer ki baat ki hie. Kya paneer pizza me dal sakta hei cheese ki tarah? Aur paneer aur cheese me farq kya hota hei is par video bana dain "scientific explanation" kay saath. Kyun kay youtube par koi kehta hei kay paneer aur cheese ka purpose aik hi hota hei aur kuch log kehtay hei kay dono alag alag hein.

      Paneer ko cottage cheese kehtay hain. yeh pakne per ya garam hone per melt nahi kerti jaisay cheddar ya mozzarella cheese kerti hai. Paneer gher per araam se ban jati hai lakin baqi cheeses ko banana itna asaan nahi hota gher per. paneer neebo se doodh phaar ker banaya jata hai jabke mozerella min rennet istemaal ker se doodh phara jata hai.

      Two nation theory coined the concept of a separate nation for Muslims in India. That was its purpose and it served its purpose successfully. Two nation theory has nothing to do with governance and corruption.
