Every time I listen to this tears begin to flow. I have a desperation to know God better and strengthen my relationship with Him. I have a need that I need met. I’ve been getting that message for over 5 years! I’ve always been self sufficient, knowing that a lazy man will not even feed himself. I’ve worked so hard my entire life, and in this global pandemic, God is my only hope. I know His promises, but I’m human and I lay my problems at His feet, and run back and try to take things under my own control! I suppose I had to have my own abilities and strength taken away, where I only have God’s abilities to prosper me. If God would have blessed me earlier, before I knew the toxic people in my life, I would have squandered His blessings on people who were actually working against me. I don’t know if “ be still and Know I Am God” means the same for you, but I wanted to share what it’s meant for me. I’m still in the midst of the storm, and I’m not going to lie, I sometimes lose hope, but I try to stand on Faith and believe He has a plan greater than my own, Joy, Grace, and Abundance! I wish you hope and joy while being still. It’s tough, but so are we! God not only gives us His strength, but He is within us, making us strong! Iron sharpens iron! Stay strong my friend!
