My name is Rachel. I reverted… I’m scared still because of people who may leave me..because of my choice to be a different religion, but: I’ll know who is fake a lot faster now. Alhamdulillah (For ppl who don’t know what that word means, it means ‘Thank God’). when you know the context of the words, you’ll understand. InshaAllah (God Willing). It becomes less unknown and ‘scary’ if you’re not Muslim and are interested or confused/afraid of it. ❤️ don’t be afraid. If it feels right, it feels right.. that’s life 🤷🏻♀️

Rachel, you don't have to tell them , in fact it is better, later after a year or two , when they notice the improvement you tell them, so if they shows their genuine worries, or "ignorant" objections (depending on the person) , you can tell them "I have been a muslim for 2 or 3 years have you notice something weird about me.. " in fact the should see improvement, this is much more convencing..
in fact you can ask them 3 days befre saying it "how do you see me" they will say "Oh you have improved etc.>" feel free to ask, talk I will help you

Wow, what a gem! MashaAllah... one of the best convert stories ever and I saw hundreds and hundreds!. Just that sincerity Subhanallah, that sweetness of Iman, you feel it it's just there! That beautiful heart. These are the best people these are the righteous, these are Allah submitters, these are the Muslims. May Allah keeps her firm and tell her in the judgment day, I've seen you try and I forgive you. Allah will say to the righteous,˺ “O tranquil soul! Return to your Lord, well pleased ˹with Him˺ and well pleasing ˹to Him˺. So enter among my servants, and enter My Paradise.”

@7:33 you didn't make a mistake sister Rachel by deciding to wear the hijab immediately and refraining in participating polytheists celebrations. That was your iman at work. You have less sin on your scales. That's worth celebrating.
In Islam the criteria is not the hardship and what we like and don't like. As Allah swt lays this principle in the Quran, that we may dislike something but it is good for us and vise versa.
Perhaps what you want to allude to, is that back then you needed the "how". Wisdom might have been missing in how to implement the changes. And how to interact and respond to others in a wise manner.

May Allah keep you steadfast sister and may Allah grant you the firdus with your husband, Umm Salama reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
If any Muslim who suffers some calamity says, what Allah has commanded him," We belong to Allah and to Him shall we return; O Allah, reward me for my affliction and give me something better than it in exchange for it," Allah will give him something better than it in exchange. When Abu Salama died she said: What Muslim is better than Abu Salama whose family was the first to emigrate to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). I then said the words, and Allah gave me God's Messenger (ﷺ) in exchange. She said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent Hatib b. Abu Balta'a to deliver me the message of marriage with him. I said to him: I have a daughter (as my dependant) and I am of jealous temperament. He (the Holy Prophet) said: So far as her daughter is concerned, we would supplicate Allah, that He may free her (of her responsibility) and I would also supplicate Allah to do away with (her) jealous (temperament).
Sister. You did find the secret of the universe. Allah says , he didn’t creat thee universe in vain or play. The purpose is to glorify the ones oh Allah.
Don’t think the sister is looking for mental gymnastics, she is not playing she was looking for the truth and she find it . The god become a man and die thing it’s not funny it’s just outlandish come now .✌️
You have not understood that Jesus is God. In the beginning there was word, the word was God, then the word took the form of flesh.
You are willingly deceiving yourself. In fact you worship a man who was a baby in the womb of his mother and the mother used to clean your god, and breastfeed him when he cried out of hunger!

*How can Jesus be God when he said the following clear statement in the Bible:*
John [8:40]: "but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. This is not what Abraham did."
The Bible says that at times of weakness angels strengthened Jesus.
God ,however, does not need to be strengthened. Human need to be strengthened; God does not because God is All-Powerful. If Jesus had to be strengthened, he must not be God.
‘An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him - in the garden of Gethsemane’ (Luke 22:43)
‘Then the devil left him; and behold, angels came and began to minister to Him’ (Mark. 1:13)
‘And he was in the wilderness forty days being tempted by Satan; and he was with the wild beasts, and the angels were ministering to him.’ (Mark 1:13)
You believe that Jesus is God and yet:
■ Jesus confirmed that *The Father is greater than him!!!*
*God (The Father) is greater than Jesus*

Jesus said:
"Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for *my Father is greater than I* "
(john 14:28)
■ How can Jesus be God and yet:
*Jesus cried and begged to be saved by The Father* according to the Bible!!!!?
can we conclude - according to your Christian metaphysics - :
God cried and begged Himself to be saved by Himself !!!!!!!?
"About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" {Matthew 27:46}
■ How can Jesus be God and yet:
*Jesus had No Divine Will* according to the New Testament!! How could he be co-equal to the Father (the Creator) without Divine Will!!?
[Matthew 26:39]: (And He (Jesus) went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.")
■ How can Jesus be God and yet:
*Jesus did not know all things !!!?*
(Matthew 24:36) - But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
(Mark 13:32) - But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
(John 16:30) - Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
■ How can Jesus be God and yet:
*Jesus does nothing of himself !!?*
*John 8:28* New King James Version (NKJV)
"Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things."
This woman doesn’t understand Christianity. You don’t need to speak to Jesus to speak to God. Sure, you CAN speak to Jesus if you’d like to, but there’s no rule that prohibits you from speaking directly to the Lord.
ALMIGHTY ALLAH IS THE LIGHT OF THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH. ALLAH GUIDES TO HIS LIGHT WHOM HE CHOOSES.
