    This video changed my prospective. To have cooking described in the same way as an engineering project. Cooking is easy because I do it all the time. I need to start making stuff.

    2c's: steam roasting is way more effective than open-air roasting so add a little bit of water and cover your pan with a lid the next time you're frying anything. Other then this, it's a very nice tutorial!

    Looks good Tim, what time is dinner. What’s for the final garnish. Oh yes chips, some big purple shaper style chips. Would have made a good picture though. 👍

    You NEVER add oil to the pasta cooking water. It serves no purpose.
