@@karmabutterfly7985 the movie came out in 2019 but endgame takes place from 2018 to 2023, so he does in 2023 right after turning 50.
I cried a lot in the cinema when Ironman died, I couldn't hold back the urge I had to cry for him.

@drhkleinert8241 I don't think it was just that. When you think about it, if Tony got snapped, this entire movie wouldn't have been possible. Tony was the one who discovered time travel. You could argue that Banner and Antman would've figured it out eventually, but I honestly doubt it. Tony needed to survive to make it all possible
I don't typically tear up at all in most any movie, but Stark's death was a hard one to swallow!

avengers literally have no plan defeating Thanos, and captain marvel should snapped that, but director wants to make people cry and be emotional to be addicted to the movies of MCU
Once Iron Man died, the MCU started to crumble.
With Iron Man Marvel killed the MCU
Seeds were already sewn. Woke had already infiltrated the company and writers' rooms.
I felt nothing about this death at all. If you are really paying attention, Tony Stark is the true villain of the entire thing. His ego. His refusal to accept his purpose outside his own BS. How much damage and destruction can you credit him with over the course of the original saga? Tony Stark got what he deserved. For the first time he took responsibility for his crap. Too late, Tony. If the rumors are true about Deadpool and Wolverine, and they portal jump into the end of Endgame, and kill Thanos and save Tony so the MCU can get RDJ back and stop the bleeding... Yeah, I am going to be so pissed. Because the only useful thing Tony Stark ever did was die. Plain and simple. Not going to be the popular opinion but I am also sure I am not the only one here.
