The driver was looking at his phone at 0:55. Seriously dude? You are driving a massive truck, an emergency vehicle non the less, and looking at your phone. 100% unacceptable. Absolutely 0% reason you should be looking at your phone. Even if it was to check a map, that is the officer's job to look up and give directions, not the driver. Driver should definitely be reprimanded.

Timothy Meineke although I'm not an engineer, I know sometimes the officers have other information for the call on their laptops too where he might not have the map up...might be the engineers own thought on avoiding construction or something unknown to us. I bet there's a good reason.
