First, thank you for all the research and the efforts you do in order to help us understanding better and choosing wiser our beloved knives. I thought that at a certain time I should write down which companies are doing good heat treatments on their steels and which don't .
If you can do more videos on this subject, that would be very helpful.

Sounds like you want more in the steel snobs series! It is one of my more requested types of videos and I am planning more in that series, they do take more time in all areas/ recording editing and producing but it's worth it and I definitely have more planned
