- Placebo are an English rock band, formed in London in 1994 by singer-guitarist Brian Molko and guitarist-bassist Stefan Olsdal. The band were soon joined by drummer Robert Schultzberg, who was replaced in 1996 by Steve Hewitt. Hewitt left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Steve Forrest in 2008.
Placebo utilise androgynous images and musical content. To date, they have released seven studio albums, all of which have reached the top 20 in the United Kingdom, and have sold around 11 million records worldwide. They released their new album Loud Like Love on 16 September 2013.
Up there with the greatest rock bands of all time. Emotional, erotic and powerfully beautiful. What an amazing track by one hell of an amazing band. Placebo we love you x

AMAZING live performance. Unfortunately, Placebo is known more in Europe than the USA. Apparently, Europeans have better taste.

Brian live is better than Brian in the studio, one of my favourite rock bands, ive never seen in person but on the list for the future, his voice is absolutely captivating, every album is a masterpiece ☺

Bands tend to become worse as the years pass by, but not this band. Loud like love is one of their best albums and this performance shows you can count on them live too even after like 20 years as a band.
but their album before it was their worst and it truly looked like they have run out of melodies. Then came this masterpiece!

Yeah, back then in 2014 he felt a lot another way singing this song. I won't say "he felt less", but... he just sang it like it's on the album. But at the recent concerts he was literally dying singing the first verse, I saw it live in Frankfurt. One could get shivers just looking in his eyes full of pain. It must have something happened to Brian in between, so it became very personal to him

The neck /fretboard with the 🎤stick, no..that's practiced😗, many years of experience and no guitar-objects collisions on stage. The simplicity of the little amount of musical instruments on stage in this is really great

everytime i saw placebo live during the last 15 years or so i always asked myself: who plays the bass ??? as far as i can tell, stefan switched to guitar and they even have a third back-up guitarist beside the drums, but i can’t spot a bass player anywhere...🤔
