    Periyava Charanam....
    Tried tis came out well... my mamiyar's most fav dish. Soopr huh sammaipa.... she does Urundai directly & not use steam method. As u said ava experience... now she is 82 yrs.. couldn't make much of cooking. She is my role model for cooking..
    Yellam avanga kaan kai allavu thaan soopr huh irukum. Measurement solla varathu. Now urs give me more confidence in doing. Getting lot of appreciation & proudly says everyone abt my cook😁😁spl thanks to you

    Today I tried this and tasted really good. Without onion. I got many compliments for this. From office and family. Got time to prepare only because of quarantine. Now I feel easy to prepare this paruppurundai.

    Hats off to your awesome work. One small suggestion....if you add a spoon of raw rice while soaking for paruppu urundai or a spoon of rice flour after grinding it & then steam cook it, it will ensure that it doesn't get merged when you put it in the mor kuzhambu. This way, you can skip the step of sauteing it. Please keep up the good work:)

    Mami your receipie so nice
    But I used to grind the paste and fry in the pan itself for three minutes then make a ball and dropping directly in the kuzhambu when it boils.that too so nice but as you rightly said v shd be careful in that process. Safe is the steamed உருண்டை😀
