One small suggestion....if you add a spoon of raw rice while soaking for paruppu urundai or a spoon of rice flour after grinding it & then steam cook it, it will ensure that it doesn't get merged when you put it in the mor kuzhambu. This way, you can skip the step of sauteing it. Please keep up the good work:)

Mami your receipie so nice But I used to grind the paste and fry in the pan itself for three minutes then make a ball and dropping directly in the kuzhambu when it boils.that too so nice but as you rightly said v shd be careful in that process. Safe is the steamed உருண்டை😀
