Great teacher and equally great student's demonstration! Thank you! Natives always tell me that the flow is meant to save my energy and effort when I talk. However, as a non-native speaker, I find the flow is the most energy-consuming part for me - every time I try to get the right flow, I sweat, LOL.
This is actually what I needed. All this time I was watching and learning from accent training videos which didn’t teach me much but then finally I found this in my suggestions. Woah!!! Its actually the fluency which I needed and what a teacher. Hats off to her. #respect

For example, if you say 'Greatest hits", and link the words in the manner described above, it would sound like 'Greatest tits", and then you would have a whole new level of problems. Sometimes enunciation is just as crucial.
