Apps for smartwatches suck. Not having to charge my GT2 Pro every day like I used to do it with my Gear S3, is a blessing. Also, the activity tracking is excellent.
What features I need in a smartwatch: 1) Professional design that would suit formal events but still look good wearing it at the gym. (Circle > square shape) 2) 7 days of battery life or more (Absolutely no one wants to be charging their watch every day) 3) Basic fitness and sleep tracking stuff etc. 4)NFC (for mobile payments) 5) Compatibility with both android and ios 6)Wireless charging
....ah the "smarts" on the smartwatch lol. With maximum 2 days of battery life. I hold my phone in my hand all day anyways so as a fossil 5 gen owner i choose this anyday day. Compared to a full blown smartwatch which sucks at fitness tracking. 2 weeks of battery life solid fitnes heart rate stress and sleep tracking with smart extras in a titanium sapphire ceramic body . Bye wear OS
@Erwin Meyer Yes, Its got a driving range app for Golf and built in Golf courses. The is capable of analyzing the swing posture and provide data references for improving your swing speed and frequency and some golf tracking too. But the app is still premature and hopefully huawei would bring some software updates for a better version.
@Nidalonso 86 Unfortunately, GT2 Pro does not support Mobile Payments☹, the built-in NFC can be used for Onehop which is a feature to transfer picture from phone to smartwatch wallpaper through NFC.
Tell us what you think about the GT2 PRO?
I bought a Huawei GT2 pro to celebrate Mdm Meng's Home Coming 😁, it's a great watch though!

Lite OS getting 3rd party apps now it seems! So it just got better!
Would I be able to enter Golf Scores and use GPS on the watch to track shot distances?

I’m looking at getting a smart watch, I’m looking at this gt2 pro, the Apple series 6 or garmin vivoactive 4. Which one do I buy?
Or would you recommend any others
Series 6 anyday
