For mediums like me it's refreshing to hear the very naturalteaching of our free will that we live through by our own choices we choose to Love or Fear which is an illusion. It's as easy as taking a breath and remembering that it is coming through me not from me, that I work to be of service for God and his kids to help heal and teach using the most powerful energy in the world which is Love.

So far we have no-one under our umbrella in the area, and I will suggest to you that you try to gather 3 or 4 people for a weekly home circle - perhaps visit a Spiritualist church in your area where you will learn more and meet others - even if you don't agree or find it a bit uncomfortable - there will be others like you there... I don't understand how the spirits of loved ones can communicate if religions like buddhism and hinduism believe in reincarnation. How can the spirit of a family member hear you if they have been reincarnated into a golden retriever...
I think that you have answered your own question Lucius. Most teachers from the higher realms speak of reincarnation as an unusual occurrence. I think I have spoken on the subject on video... When you say 'imagine', I am presented with just a black screen with no images whatsoever. this has always been my sticking point. When you go on to say 'you see a meadow', I do not see a meadow, I see a black screen. I see nothing 99.9% of the time, just a black screen and the imagination begins to struggle to put a meadow there, a tree, a bench and then the person you love sitting next to you. How do you develop the ability to see??
I was like you too!!! It took me months to just see anything... I think we put to much thought into it... eventually I just imagined, whether i got anywhere or not, I just imagined it. I don't actually see anything, I just pretend I'm dreaming or go to a memory I have of a forest. Maybe I'm not one to take advice from as I still can't get passed to actually meet loved ones. I just know that I couldn't see a single thing, I thought my third eye was blocked, worked on all my chakras, but still it's basically just down to imagining it. It's gotten easier for me to do so, to focus on little details. Guided meditations before bed have helped tremendously!!!

Pleased for you Yvonne. This way of life is so good it helps us all carry on no matter what! And perseverance with regular time set aside for guided meditations, once a week is cool, does take us further into our own ability to connect with the realms of light :)
And those that abuse animals??? They in my opinion are low life scum who should be punished here and now. I hate them with a passion, I fight animal cruelty all day every day and I so want them to suffer the same pain they inflict. We cannot wait until this low life trash dies to be punished, we have to physically do it here on Earth, otherwise the suffering will go on and on and on. Animals are silent sufferers, we are duty bound to defend them now on Earth.
When people inflict suffering intentionally on other humans and animals it is an outrage against the human race of which they are members. But to inflict suffering on the perpetrators is tapping in to that same source of violence of itself. Stopping them and spiritual education and rehabilitation after that is both uplifting to the base spirit and demonstrates what love is is in keeping with those values that are our ambition to live by. Many people who care about animals kill them for food... And millions have them killed by proxy before they eat them... The prayer of Francis of Assisi known for his love of animals is one worth reciting I think :)
