    I requested this video from you before.
    I highly appreciate this value.
    You opened my eyes to realize something -if I am not mistaken- is do not rush with long range combos because they will make it impossible for you for you to get close if your hands are busy to defend and you will end up landing no punches. -which what happens with me with my sparring partner with good lead teeps-
    I will try it next sparring and let you know.

    I appreciate this video. When you pull your opponent backwards to trip them, what about them catching you with a front hook as your guard is completely down?

    Coach, in your opinion, what movements should be trained every day?
    In August I will participate in the Muay Thai graduation, there will be 3 hours of exercises and technique, in addition to sparring.
    I really wanna be good.
    Could you help?

    Teeping an elbow feels terrible 😂.

      In my experience, most people that tend to teep the elbow tend to teep in an upwards motion. Rather than lifting and flexing at the knee and stabbing straight in, they keep the knee slightly extended and swinging the leg upwards.
