Hey guys, Dylan is currently working out with Mahomes and Mahomes QB coach. Dylan has grown up with Matthew Stafford as his " uncle". His father's name is posted in Memorial Stadium. And played over 12 yrs in the NFL. Idk of many other kids that has been so blessed to be raised in that environment. And be surrounded by great NFL Quarterbacks, with one going to the Hall of fame and be considered the G.O.A.T someday. So, it doesn't suprised me Dylan is ready. I'm excited for Dylan, but his younger brother Dayton is just as good, so far.GBR!!

Don’t give a damn about the high school games, don’t give a damn about concerts. The FOOTBALL stadium is for *shocker* FOOTBALL! If it makes it safer for the guys out there actually sacrificing their bodies then do it! If the team gets to winning again there will never need to be a stupid concert in there again.

Drop the stadium field 4’. Add 6 more rows of seats to the front and closer sidelines. Premium floor level boxes on north and form the south preium front party boxes on south. Adds premium seats for cheap on east and west and have sidelines same distance as iowa. Close, loud. Get to it
I think we start managing the hype of Dylan Riola by setting reasonable expectations, such as NOBODY is beating Nebraska in 2024 in football. Nobody! GBR!!

I think something people don’t acknowledge on Raiolas touchdown passes is that wether it was the first team or second team those passes land most likely. Not just against our defense either
Tommie Frazier deserved Archie griffin status. No question about it. Should have been a two time heisman winner and show me a better option quarterback in history and I’d give you everything I own. Repositioning the home team to the West sideline certainly makes great sense from a football point of view. It will also create a lot of unhappy season ticket holders in West Stadium, unless there will be an option to pick new seats, and the logistics of that sound like a nightmare. Add in relocating the band and the student section and it's an even bigger headache. It makes more sense to do it in the context of the big stadium renovation project when all of the changes to the stadium will require massive fan re-allocation anyways.
Look forward to these all week! I almost think UNL would take it as a challenge/point of pride to keep the potential grass field pristine.

As far as spring game attendance numbers are concerned, don’t forget the radius very close to Lincoln was also less than 24hrs out of a massive string of tornadoes and storms. People don’t attend games when their house and vehicles are in a pile of debris!
You're pressing , who cares what the attendance is for a spring game. Its not important.
@dionpryor369 .i disagree it matters some, it's not as important as winning championships or winning games for that matter but the overall interests in a program matters. I'd bet dollars to donuts kids would rather play in front of a roaring crowd compared to 8-9 thousand for a UCLA regular home game.
@@dionpryor369 it was only in reference to them talking about the attendance and seating and past attendance numbers. Not saying it is a super important metric, but they didn’t mention that a huge number of nearby fans had bigger things to attend to because of the damage done the day prior.
@@stank.nooner2987 yes all true but its only important to Nebraska fans considering we had the 4th largest crowd which tells you most teams who are ranked and successful do not worry about spring game attendance. Now it is somewhat important sure it is economically for the city of Lincoln and we use the atmosphere for recruiting but not many other successful teams are doing it. You can win and be ranked without a large spring attendance.
HH plays backup this season, has a special role at qb, next year we put him in a position to play at the next level. DK will be backup?
If there's a winning product on the field the rest of the off field is made pretty easy.
We had the right guy in Scott Frost. Unfortunately, Scott was undone by his own loyalty. Few OC’s are as talented as Scott. He pulled double duty as OC/head coach. He just couldn’t recruit impact players who were not all chewed up with injuries. He was too loyal to his friends and assistant coaches. He was too eager to give players a second chance to prove themselves in a game. He would probably read this and agree. He also had an adversarial relationship with the media, not understanding they are allies if used correctly. One thing that you could say is that his players were always good people of character. If he had fired his staff and hired better coaches he wouldn’t have had to carry the load. Few men are Scott Frosty’s character. I hope he learned what he needed to learn because I would love to see him succeed as a coach again. Even as a head coach. Matt Rhule is also a man of character. He is just better at being the CEO. This following season will show that. Also, lots of prayers have been said for the success of this team and it makes a real difference. Matt praying over the field and players and then making it known publicly has the desired outcome of people in the stands and watching at home joining with him in prayer. 🙏
