    I've had this saved for a while and so happy I finally got it done. This workout is everything!! I absolutely love kickboxing and the moves in this one were straightforward and fun! Having strength mixed in using a kettlebell was like the icing on a delicious cake. Perfection! Another new favorite for me! 🤩

    Hey Amy, i have been doing your workouts for 7 years now and as much as i love most of your workouts ( ante and prenatal doesnt apply to me) , i especially love your kickboxing and kettlebell combos like the workout above. More 45 minute bell and box pleeease, hope you recover from your skin ops and thanks for the newsletter on the subject if taking a break from workouts unexpectantly xx

    Possibly my favourite BFBA video so far; perfect combination of boxing and kettlebell. Whilst I originally subscribed to the channel for the kettlebell videos, which I'm getting so much out of, I'm really starting to get into the boxing, doing it is mindful, almost therapeutic.

    Hi Amy, I know this video is old but I've done it a number of times. Today was different though - because I broke my foot 2 weeks ago. I've been doing "chair cardio" and strictly upper body/ab workouts, but today is the first day I was able to try a "regular" workout! I picked this bc I'm familiar with it, and while I had to make a few modifications, it really was do-able with a foot injury. So I just wanted to leave a comment and say Thank you!

    Wow, what a workout!! I really feel like I've worked my whole body thoroughly. My longest one with you and the first time I've done boxing. But I can honestly say I don't think I'd be much good in a fight!!

    I wanted a challenge this morning...I honestly don't care for band workout which was on the calendar this morning and was missing me some Kickboxing. This oldie was Great this morning both of my favorite forms of working out in one long workout so when it was over i had crushed calories and was done with my workout!!

    It’s hard to do so many lunges I have a really bad knee. What do I do for my bad knee? It hurts to lunge onmy left knee.

    Why do you do the kickboxing moves in slow motion? It's not kickboxing at all - more like 'boxercise' or something.
