This is great advice brothers, this is how a small group of people did it here in a town and they started with 2-3 brothers with decent knowledge and now there are over a hundred people coming to the masjid and sitting with the gatherings. They befriended people through talking about non-Islamic matters like football or school and after that they did da'wah and it worked very well! Especially with young people!

I am a revert to Islam for 1 year now, and Alhamdulillah Allah has given me time to research for a good amount of time during the day. Nice lecture as usual. However your missed two points that make people strange now a days. That are: keeping beard and wearing clothes above ankle (men). Another thing that makes you unusual is drinking and eating with the right hand. I was in the harm for umrah this Ramadan, and I was astonished seeing the vast number of Muslims who eat and drink with left hand. People even drink zamzam with left hand. So if you eat/drink with right hand, you are also a stranger now a days.

I have a question that whenever my parents come from somewhere out and every time i come from outside i stand and their forehead. Is it ok. The Prophet ASWS used to stand up to welcome his daughter Fatimah RA when ever she visited his house. Please clarify.

Asalaamualaikum bro...i had to clarify regarding brothers who may be slightly elder to us and get offended if we call them by name.they demand respect by usage of terms like "bhai"( elder brother in urdu) etc...are they correct in demanding this and is it considered disrespectful to call them by name?
