Python integration with Stata

The python suite of commands allow you to call Python within Stata and output Python results within Stata. Learn how to invoke Python interactively, and embed Python code in do-files and ado-files. Execution of Python script files is also supported.

When I write "python" in the command line I get this: .
python
file python_plugin.plugin not found
(error occurred while loading python.ado)
even though I installed the package... Does anyone know how to correcly install the python plug in in stata?
