    Had 2 cervical discs replaced last year. Simplify Discs!
    My scar is hardly visible. I’m 13 months post op. My radiculopathy in my arm was gone right after surgery. 3 Mo from now you’ll feel even better. Good luck to you!

    2”?- I was way off, holy 💩! Glad your feeling better Ryan. Pain killers will absolutely take your soul. My brother a Purple Heart veteran was blown up, had 3 neck surgeries, pain killers for 10 years before he lost his wife after 20 years of marriage, pain killers will take everything from you and change who you are.     I’m getting ‘simplified’ in 2 days, can’t wait. Had a fusion 3 years ago, disc just above ruptured. Wild how something that small can provide such relief. Glad it worked out. Hope you’re still doing well now. Thanks for sharing.

    Man thanks for posting this! I have the same issue and I’m 32 been on 2 wheels since 4, broke my back and jacked up my neck . I know exactly what you are talking about with the nerve pain and numbing in your arms and the neck pain. I’m definitely going to look into this!

    I got a simplify 3 level done 4 days ago. Already have improved range of motion, and no pain. Dr Murphy is the best. Thanks for your video, I'm all about getting to the Baja in my UTV.

      I’m over a year and a half out and I’ve been training super hard in the gym and feel better than I have in 10 years. Glad to hear it worked out good for you. Dr. Murphy is the best.

      Seven weeks and I just got the clearer to do some body Weight exercises and get back to some cardio. I’m pretty happy with it so far I feel real good

      I severely herniated L4/L5 and L5/S1. DDPY.com made a huge difference for me. That plus LATER ON straight leg deadlifts, reverse hypers, basically anything lower back/core stength related.
      And if surgery is still a necessity, it's awesome to know this is an option!

    Dude I had the same surgery and after many, many knee and ankle surgeries I will still maintain that the disc replacement was the best decision I’ve ever made. Give it time, you’ll be there in no time

    interesting that you got a cervical disc replacement at c7t1 which is beyond the scope of fda approval the ADR is approved for c3-7 first time i am seeing it being applied to c7t1 level. I hope it will beat the test of time as it s fairly new to the ADR market

    I've dealing with severe neck and lumbar degenerative disc disease and I'm at the end of my rope with the pain and radiculopothy and sciatic pain and the vertebrae rubbing on each other and it's impossible to get adequate pain control even though I have a legitimate need for it, it's enough to push people over the edge and I'm sure it has for some, my 15 year old son is the only thing keeping me around and it's a time of his life he needs an active father. Hopefully I can find a surgeon in Missouri that does it. Thanks for the information

    Just had my c6c7 done yesterday. Immediate pain relief in my arm. Haven’t even taken a pain pill post op. Great procedure. Crazy how small the implant is

      @@scottbpac yes it will make a ton of noise for a few months. It’s normal it’s annoying and feels real weird but it’s normal. I’m about 2 1/2 months into recovery and it doesn’t really do it anymore. It takes six months for it to fuse completely

    Severely herniated L4/L5 and L5/S1 in early 2021. Was able to rehab through PT and exercise which I'm thankful for. Couldn't ride for the better part of a year though which sucked. However, nice to know worst comes to worst in the future, I have better options than fusion!

      I herniated those as well a year and a half ago. Look into a reverse hyper it will change your life they’re kind of expensive to try and find someone that has one but they are life-changing for lower back spinal issues

      Your discs don't surround the spinal cord, think of the vertebrae like an 8, the back side is where the cord passes through, and the front is solid, where it rides on the disk. Hope that makes some sense

    What caused the disc's to dissipate?. Do you have degenerative bone issues? What did the Dr tell you why this happened Ryan? My dad had the same shit in 2002 and the fused him all together. The surgery barely worked and he was in worse pain than before he had the surgery. Glad your on the mend dude. Your a beast

      Fusion is brutal it usually causes more problems than anything else. I have degenerative disc syndrome, which if I was to fuse I would just have to fuse my whole neck eventually.

    You're funny. Neck fusion...not so much. My surgeon suggested it a couple of weeks ago. I'm like, Dude we just met. This does not sound like a smart thing to do. Disk replacement sounds like a winner. Thanks.

      I took it over the edge in 2018 the whole west side of my body died I lost my left tricep pack and left muscle completely. Went through three epidurals in my neck a bunch of physical therapy it got a little better but I’ve had about four years of hellacious pain, once I started riding wheelies on that bagger pulling it up just destroyed what was left of my neck, and that was that

    I had the same thing done a year at 30yrs old and like you said it made the world of a difference. All the pain went away almost right away. Worst part was that 6months of down time to heal up fully. Was up an walking around 45min after surgery.

      @@kruesioriginals it took 3-4 months before I felt like I could be on at the gym. But then when I went to the gym I felt like I was going to injure myself so yea I took another couple months before I felt fully healed an confident to start getting back to normal shit like the gym.
