Thanks for the lesson. It seems strange for me to use "in" with a taxi and use "on" with a public transit like a bus. I also didn't understand the third example. I assumed to use "at"(refer to most shops or public places). I think that the city center is a public place.
Hi, thanks for the great vid that I shared with my students. However, I really think "sit in the front of" is okay, E.g. sit in the front of the bus/plane/classroom/the line, etc. Just a thought.
I have a question for you. In a song by Enrique Iglesias (Tired of being sorry) I heard expressions like: "Beneath the Sun" and "I am standing in the street". Because I thoroughly improve the English language in the literary sense and every language is not the release of certain sounds but a state of mind. And I know how the preposition "beneath" can be used as well as the preposition "in". If you can, please answer the question whether it is grammatically correct and in which cases of poetic-literal expression.
