You give so many examples for 1 adjective, which is good, because repetition is key to efficient learning and memorizing. I enjoy your lessons a lot. Always smiling and enthusiastic 😀
Undeniably learning new words from you is utterly a huge help . Especially that I am not really a person with wide range vocabularies . However I have learned myriad of nascent words from you. At first it's quite challenging but thru practicing it religiously there is no impossible that I obtain my goals to speak innovative words with confidence.....I am filled with exhilaration and I feel upbeat because of the profound confidence I gain thru your esoteric knowledge you have been sharing to us
There are some repetitive words, for example capricios, facetious, that the mentor already had reflected in his lessons, but in general there are complicated word, that i heard first time, thank you a lot.
Sometimes, I am crippled and eclipsed by the self-doubt that perhaps I am as obtuse as a tortoise's gait but when I watch your candid videos in which you put forth herculean efforts and overzealous energy then it just makes me little reckless and jittery and inspires me to be a tenacious and adamant mason who is just going to build the house of English no matter what and this time I am not being facetious and I hope you keep injecting us with the vaccines of your healing smile and candid teaching.... ❤❤❤
I really enjoyed this video. I'm 53 and most of my co-workers attended to college and I feel pretty dumb around them because I'm a high school drop out with a limited vocabulary. Thanks

Yes, British English is absolutely from U.S. In the United States, most natives are taught multiple ways to pronounce the letter T. Sometimes T sounds like a D; sometimes it is not pronounced at all. It is claimed by educated speakers of English in the U.S. speech is smoothed out when we apply the multiple ways to pronounce T.
My fellow wordsmith: Nicely done especially for novices. I speed read the dictionary for fun🗣👍🏼... pet peeve is having to define & provide examples (you deserve a medal for teaching skills). I try but can’t relate to dim-witted individuals. I am just being candid about my love of language. It’s my bag! Lol. .if only my aptitude for mathematics would follow suit! 👩🏻🎓🧮💱

In many British dialects the 't' in "obtuse" is pronounced the same as in "Tuesday", which sounds the same as "choose day".

Amazing video!!! Just one silly question: why "SHE HAVE" and not "SHE HAS" in the "...THE DOCTOR WAS ADAMANT SHE HAVE SURGERY IMMEDIATELY..." ?
This is an example of the subjunctive, which happens with certain verbs. (adamant, recommend, suggest, etc.) 😊
@@InteractiveEng Thank you so much for your answer! As you can imagine I'm not a native english speaker and I really didn't know about it.
I have a question for you. How can I strengthen my writing?
