I love the way you just laugh off the challenges! The kids want to help and complain but the older we get you learn to just deal with it. High blood pressure and had words don't ever help us out!
My buddy was that way with his kid. Now he knows how to do nothing because he wouldn't take the time to teach him. What little he does know he learned from the friends of his dad who took a little time to teach him.
Brent this is like watching a magic show, I stay spell bound watching how quickly that you think out a problem and hit it straight on. and get the right results. Kind of reminded me of watching a Doctor during surgery knowing what to cut and throw away and what to keep so patient lives. A+++++ video
You impress me every show how easy you make this stuff look. Obviuosly you have been doing this kind of stuff your whole life as the knowledge you have gained over the years. You tear down a truck in a matter of minutes or hours or whatever is simply overwhelming to me. Great show and great job!
Brent's salvage yard. Nothing just sits and rots. Great work. I'm awed at your quick practical solutions. The panel truck is looking good. I wish I lived closer so I could put in my bid when you flip it. Thanks Brent. Good dog, Pablo. 👍😎🕵🏾♂️🍺🎸🎵👽🥂
Brent you got more energy than the energizer Bunny..Love the Old Panel Van - Build into a Service Truck to work on stuff or a van Build to camp in..nice job
Unbolting random junk. Thats pretty much how my projects go. Unfortunately, I don't have the know how to put it back together so it works. That's why I leave it to people like you with more knowledge and skills than I'll ever have. Really enjoy these Frankenstein builds. 👍
I'll bet you were glad the cap was on that 02 bottle. We're pretty jazzed to see this project on the road; or maybe it's just me. Nothing like the General though. The General is Bad Ass
Gonna be another one of Brent's one of a kind. Wish I could have one of your builds for sure. Just a master at my type hotrod. Pablo can't wait to ride. See you on the next one
Well Brent, here we are, it's Friday, it's cocktail hour, and I'm thoroughly enthralled Watching you do it your way!! Thanks man, you've made my day once again! Damn this is great!!
Evening Brent, love watching you play(work), you attack these projects like there is nothing to it....there really isn't with the right equipment....looking forward to this build....GOD BLESS!!
You remind me of myself 30 years ago, it takes me a week to do what I use to do in a day or half a day, but at 75 they break easy and my skin peels off like a banana if I bump something, this is going to be a sharp build after slipping and sliding some brackets, getta done Bubba !
Moving the reachfork in to move the old chassis out and the gas cylinder fell over; sure glad the cap was on it as I have seen what sort of damage those unguided missles can do.
If your putting all new brake lines in the easier way to make the chassis shorter is to separate the frame at the front where the front clip is attached to the rear frame. Cut out your desired length and put it back together. If you do it right no one will notice what you did. Saves changing your fuel tank.
I can't believe how easy you make that look I know it's in fast forward but that probably took two or three long days even get halfway where you're at I can't believe how easily you make the electronic stuff start cutting wires and moving stuff awesome work I'll be waiting for your next video thanks for making them
** I love how nothing scares you, I myself have never learned to be like that always over thinking everything and creating more problems for myself. Great videos my friend keep them coming. 👍🏼 **
I'm digging that little Mustang in the back, it could be one helluva street racer !! Man, you're moving right along on that delivery van, nice work !! 👍👍
It is amazing watching you ‘read’ the frame, seeing possibilities everywhere. I know steel is expensive but what if you made an ‘embossed’ sheet metal/aluminium border that fits under the body, between the front and back fender, that would mimic the style of the fenders? That would hide the frame/chassis.
I like it when a plan goes together.... well not yet but its looks like it getting there. I'm not worried though I just know you're way ahead of me..... cool your the man.
Really nice work. Move this, cut that, drop this and everything comes together later. Weather looks lot nicer in Manitoba then Ontario, Stay safe and stay well.
Cool set up. Great van. Keep it all simple. Just move wheel arches back three inches. There is no written rules. It would look like a Bob cat. Don't touch the chassie and running gear. Slice the body arches back. But a great desert camper 4x4. Nice vehicle for somebody if it goes up for sale.
I’ve been using the asbestos mask when doing grinding helps a lot. Have seen some guys heat the manifold/ header bolts before removing supposed to help them not brake off.
Awesome! Wish i had 1/10th of your energy. A messed up hip and knee have slowed me down considerably. Have to conserve for income type work at this point. I am certainly inpressed with the progress.
Gonna be a nice rig for someone! Always wanted one of them but never had the $ when I found one and probably would have sat and rotted before I had the cash to build it. ✌️
After watching you get the General all built up and running, I'm really looking forward to seeing what you're going to come up with on this new build. I'm sure it's gonna be kick a$$ed!
Donor engine & frame action, very impressive progress indeed! Well done you. Outside of preparation surfaces, work area to do this on and drainage management, wondering why you didn't engine and frame power wash and clean before you brought it in to shop?
You can use the manual t-case. GM used the same bolt pattern from at least ‘92 to the current models. Sourced from GM dealership catalog, bored here in the parts department.
i wish that property was cheap and that I could still work on my projects. In Ontario property/house prices are stupid. I sold and downsized and now I only have one bay to work in. The LS 5.3 is a nice motor. Just get rid of all the electronic crap and it will probably run well. Knock sensors. transmission and oil pressure sensors go.
I love the way you just laugh off the challenges! The kids want to help and complain but the older we get you learn to just deal with it. High blood pressure and had words don't ever help us out!
I would be bitchin
My buddy was that way with his kid. Now he knows how to do nothing because he wouldn't take the time to teach him. What little he does know he learned from the friends of his dad who took a little time to teach him.

The way Brent solves problems is to look at it, describe it and say "ah, we'll figure it out". Next thing you know, it's done 👍
... but ur doc don't run a forklift clean thorough ur rear and start jacking the body off! lol
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS At least you hope not!!
You are one of the best on the fly shoot from the hip builders I have ever seen
Just awesome Brent can not wait to come by on our road trip! The Great Canadian UA-cam Tour is gonna be pretty Epic! Great video as always man!
You have a gift, it is wonderfull to just be able to watch them come to life
You impress me every show how easy you make this stuff look. Obviuosly you have been doing this kind of stuff your whole life as the knowledge you have gained over the years. You tear down a truck in a matter of minutes or hours or whatever is simply overwhelming to me. Great show and great job!

Brent, this is going to be a fun one I can tell already! Guts, Skills, and Brains are a good combination!!
Brent you got more energy than the energizer Bunny..Love the Old Panel Van - Build into a Service Truck to work on stuff or a van Build to camp in..nice job
It might appear to be no further along Brent, but the chassis upgrade moves it ahead tremendously! Looking great!!
x2
Nice, what a sweet runner, instant start, Another gripping project series ahead, keep it as a shoptruck.
Unbolting random junk. Thats pretty much how my projects go. Unfortunately, I don't have the know how to put it back together so it works. That's why I leave it to people like you with more knowledge and skills than I'll ever have. Really enjoy these Frankenstein builds. 👍
Great job Brent, that panel is going to make a nice shop truck for you. Keep up the good work and I'll be watching
I'll bet you were glad the cap was on that 02 bottle. We're pretty jazzed to see this project on the road; or maybe it's just me. Nothing like the General though. The General is Bad Ass
Love how you hit a brick wall that would stop most guys , but you power right through it. 👍
Its still amazing how nice the body is on that GMC panel, that was a great find !
Glad you junked that chassis
Evening Brent, love watching you play(work), you attack these projects like there is nothing to it....there really isn't with the right equipment....looking forward to this build....GOD BLESS!!
Cut the frame in the middle and pull it forward, you could use the tank again and just add a piece to the rear.
You remind me of myself 30 years ago, it takes me a week to do what I use to do in a day or half a day, but at 75 they break easy and my skin peels off like a banana if I bump something, this is going to be a sharp build after slipping and sliding some brackets, getta done Bubba !
That frame is way better than the one that was originally under it , great job keep up the great work God Bless
I'm glad you're back on the panel track project.
This panel truck would make a great parts hauler for your shop
Carona and I enjoyed watching your newest project! Wow, what a lot of work!
Looks like warmer weather has finally come to the Great White North..... Always love it when I can leave the shop doors open!
haha it comes and goes
Enjoyable build video with the fram doner switch-out, Brent, I hope you have a great weekend!
You say thanks for watching I say thanks for sharing
Moving the reachfork in to move the old chassis out and the gas cylinder fell over; sure glad the cap was on it as I have seen what sort of damage those unguided missles can do.
I Love how you keep these projects moving right along... Thanks for Sharing
I think it was a smart move to change the chassis. I enjoy your channel , thanks

The amount of vehicles/donors he has amazes me!! I wish I had a place half his size!
I feel your ahead in the long run. Ronnie.
Love it love to have it when your done both me and my wife have handicap issues this would be perfect for us
Looks good at the height it's at now, if seeing the frame bothers maybe running boards.
I can't believe how easy you make that look I know it's in fast forward but that probably took two or three long days even get halfway where you're at I can't believe how easily you make the electronic stuff start cutting wires and moving stuff awesome work I'll be waiting for your next video thanks for making them

Once you put the running boards back on it won't look as low, love to watch what you do
Good times, love your work. Very entertaining.
I'm digging that little Mustang in the back, it could be one helluva street racer !! Man, you're moving right along on that delivery van, nice work !! 👍👍
Much better plan! I’m glad you found another frame
Sweet as always, One day in your world takes the rest of us a week, just saying LOL
It is amazing watching you ‘read’ the frame, seeing possibilities everywhere.
I know steel is expensive but what if you made an ‘embossed’ sheet metal/aluminium border that fits under the body, between the front and back fender, that would mimic the style of the fenders? That would hide the frame/chassis.
huge undertaking
Looking forward to all the videos to come. This is another great one 👍
Another sweet build

I love this project.
Really nice work. Move this, cut that, drop this and everything comes together later. Weather looks lot nicer in Manitoba then Ontario, Stay safe and stay well.

Trucks looking good. Not to much lower. But you have to do what you have to.
Great stuff. I am learning a ton of stuff.
That's looking good, gonna ride like a dream
This guy is awesome, I can’t believe he doesn’t have a million subscribers.
You covered a lot of ground in this video.
I think your plan of not having the frame show from the side is a good plan.
But that's the easy part.
haha yeah
Great build
Awesome informational educational video experience Y'alls God Bless Ya 🙏
Donor engine & frame action, very impressive progress indeed! Well done you. Outside of preparation surfaces, work area to do this on and drainage management, wondering why you didn't engine and frame power wash and clean before you brought it in to shop?
I had to chuckel when you ran the forks through the back window. I know that's how it's done, but still made me laugh. Loving this build so far.
Great job love your videos keep em coming , regards from Holland !!!!!
you amaze me the things you do
You can use the manual t-case. GM used the same bolt pattern from at least ‘92 to the current models. Sourced from GM dealership catalog, bored here in the parts department.
yeah the spline is different from that manual one though so I've been told. I do have one in the barn though that I'm going to use.
