How do you make the AI be able to overtake each other? I set my AI risk to 1 or more but they keep slowing down and staying behind when there's a car in front

You obviously didn’t watch in the 90’s or early 00’s when an engine failure could spill oil on the tyres and spin out a car, or the gearbox would seize. Drive to survive generation I suspect
