Nonnie, I know what you mean about missing your GSD. Mine was killed in an accident 3 years ago, and I miss her so much. About 2 weeks after she was killed, I was sitting outside in my car with the driver's side door open. I heard the sound of a large dog shaking like they do when they get wet. I was startled, so I stood up immediately to see what dog was around. There was no dog around my car, nor anywhere around me. Since there was no dog around, I took it as my GSD was sending me a message that she was okay.
My Velcro GSD does get separation anxiety but he was badly beaten & abused before I got him at around 11 months old. Trained him as my assistance dog so he usually does go with me everywhere. Very beloved at my local supermarket & he also visits children in hospital.
What a beautiful testament to companionship, love them like children and they will protect you with their lives. The more love you put into them they will return it 10 times more, all they want is to find ways to be a part of your life. Sometimes it can be a little overwhelming, but that's the fun part when you understand all they want to do is be with you.
🤧 aww they are both gorgeous, and this was a trip down doggy memory lane for me, I had 2 German shepherd cross border collie, and they were like these two, glued to my side 24/7, I had 14 wonderful year's with them. Great video thanks 💖😁
Ugh, I had one as well and nothing is more heartbreaking than when they're gone. I still feel a part of me is missing and would give anything to have an hour with her

I feel for your loss I had two beautiful German shepherds I now have one her name is Gypsy her twin sister died 2 years ago still devastating. Had I known the sorrow and commiserating that would go through I still wouldn't would have got them anyhow it was worth it. The eight years with Bella and Gypsy was awesome. The two years since with gypsy has been tough on us both but we have each other. German shepherds are special as you know they have senses and personalities humans could never possess. I responded to your comment because I felt your pain and loss which is long life lasting.
Awesome video people often told me that my two German shepherds were lucky to have me because of how I treated them spoil them love them and gave them anything they wanted and more however. However I'm the fortunate one I'm the lucky one to have such a beautiful creatures love me unconditionally that are extremely protective playful the beautiful smiles. I love watching German Shepherd videos. It's amazingly positive effect they have.
Sweet dogs! I've had German Shepherds growing up as did my husband. In fact, my mother-in-law trained the first K-9 police officers for the town where we grew up. She's always had German Shepherds as well. They are loving family dogs but are very territorial. They're also big babies when it comes to going to the vet.
Thankyou, your videos remind me of the many pairs of GSDs I've had and bring back wonderful memories. I especially love the ones with Jet. I was only able to have 3 once but it was the best times. I can't pee or shower without her, I'm not allowed to get the mail without her and everyone who comes in the yard (Amazon, the mail man....) is apparently a murderer, according to her. She seriously stared down the AC guy amd followed him to every room. Oh and I'm not allowed to sleep by myself....ever! But I Loce her so much!
My dog is the same. My boss would visit us a lot and I thought my dog liked him, but the second my boss picked up my keys instead of his? It was go time, no bites but apparently he understand object permanence. receipt, or

I didn’t know what a ‘velcro dog’ was until I got a German Shepherd. Suffice to say I can count on one hand how many times I have been able to go to toilet alone since I got him 😂❤

If you’re interested, “Fahrvergnügen” (german word) means "driving enjoyment" (from fahren, "to drive," and Vergnügen, "enjoyment"). Volkswagen used this word in some of their commercials in 1990. Ya its true = don't by a cheap Vacuum = learned that lesson long ago = l have a Dyson = Use it most everyday = lt does wonderful job and is over 12 yrs old = PLUS it certainly doesn't hurt to brush these Big dogs out = they are worth there weight in Gold to me = Well maybe not there 100 lbs apiece = fantastic Dogs 😀
They are beautiful, seem good personalities, and a pleasure in your life. [smiling] We also have 3 German shepherds (Deutsche Schäferhunde). Hunter, our pack’s only boy, is sable, the eldest at about 115 lbs. Next is Iris, black with tan and white markings. She’s around 70 lbs. And then there’s Boudicea, the youngest and smallest, about 60 lbs. or so. She is a blue German shepherd with some tan and white markings. She’s also a rescue. We love them dearly, and yes, they are semi-velcro dogs. As we are a family of four, they stick to whomever seems interesting at that moment. - BG

Hi Terry. I think this was last fall because I saw fall decor on her porch. A pumpkin was there too. I do love all her GSD’s. I had a black sable GS. She passed away in 5/2018. I miss her so much.

I had a sable tip and he was the nicest dog i ever had. He was trained as a protection dog but stayed civil.
