I couldn't agree MORE! Hollyoaks is always missing out to EastEnders and Coronation Street, and yet it's had some great storylines and superb acting. I think that it's possibly to do with the time it goes out, ie 6:30pm.
To be fair, Neil looks at everyone like that when he's listening intently to what they're saying, based on the few clips that I've seen of him so far. His stare is really intense and naturally sensual in a way. I would melt under that gaze.😳
