Once I started using a scale, I couldn't ditch my cups fast enough. I have a computer program that I have used for the past 20 years that will convert recipes to grams on the fly. Makes baking some much easier and you get consistent results. Thanks!

It’ll def taste different! European cultured butter is made differently than the American one. I think it has more fat?? Would be fun to do a side by side taste comparison for like buttered toast lol

You should give it a try! It’s more expensive, but it’s not like you’re stocking a whole bakery. So worth a shot!
