Since we are into life long learning and working, why not encourage the younger generation to married and give birth earlier since they will be working longer and even studying in the late thirties or forties. Society have to change to allow a window or period of time when the younger generations are most fertile and conducive plus energy to start a family.

These future children will most likely grow up; without their father (for masculine role model), and an aged mother whom physically unable lift up/down the baby in continuous basis, compare to their healthier younger days.
