Thailand is a motorcyclist's dream. It's almost as big as Texas and goes from great beaches (more coastline than California) to mountains and jungle. I've ridden 28,467 KM in NW Thailand in the last two years and the number of international riders is huge. Mae Hong Son loop has 1846 curves according to a sign you can only see if you're running the MHS loop counter-clockwise. I recognized shots from Pai, Doi Ang Klang (the look down the canyon looks like a giant Mullholland Snake),..Doi Inthanon, with the chedis and the high point sign. The road south from Mae Seriang to Mae Sot is excellent, too, but Mae Sot is generally acknowledged to be the most boring place in Thailand. Best Regards!
Nah no way, those hating on the voiceover are straight up wrong. that completes the Thai life vibe, imo. Kind and warm. Also nice vid! Nice shots. Really enjoyed that. Got me planning my own trip now. This vid deserves more views
I love thailand
amazing video thank you jamieeee
I just found an adventure to add to my bucket list...this looks incredible....
I did this ride May 2017 with a friend. Thailand's countryside is beautiful, I will definitely be back in the future. :)
I been there last year. Amazing places
Beautiful
Did this road 2 years ago, the video doesn't do it justice as to how good that road is! It is an adventure into yourself as much as it is one in a foreign country, go there and immerse yourself into the culture. Amazing place, well done Jamie you did a great job, as always! :)
I live in Chiang Mai and have made the MHS loop close to a dozen times without seeing everything it offers. There are other splendid loops starting in Chiang Mai most people don't know about. The roads are remarkable.
I live here and have been around 8 times, three anti-clockwise. There are so many equally impressive runs in Thailand.
if you love ride come to Northern
👍👍👍👍
OK, nice video. You are 100% mistaken about the long-neck tribes. The rings push the shoulder down, it does not stretch the neck. I live here and have been around the loop 8 times.
Hi Jamie!
This is very well made. Actually the best I've seen. If only they could have shown a map of their route, I think that may have brought a little more (but not much) to the video.
Voice over was spot on.
Hi Richard. There is a pretty good map of North Thailand Road & Off Road available from Rider's Corner in Chiang Mai at Riders.corner.cnx@gmail.com or from rideasia.net. I think there is an app available, too. I should mention, some significant amount of paving has occurred on roads marked as off road or dirt.
So pity , if i know you came to Thailand i want to ride with you ^^
Great video with the riding in focus. No need for that usual constant chatter and "funny" comment.
Well, the rider is definitely Jamie and the voice is definitely NOT Jamie.
MotoGEO o/
Voice over very bad. You should have let Jamie speak. Wrong rythm. Very boring.
