This is quite the Neighborhood feud. This Lady contacted us as she received a citation warning from code compliance but this one turned south pretty quick. We quickly learned that one of the neighbors may be the ones that called code compliance. And there has been a long standing Feud.
As we looked around the yard, we noticed some towering plants along the roadside that need to be cut down along with the sidewalk being cleaned up. We also noticed some crazy overgrowth in the fence where vines are taking over but we never thought this would happen.
Why would someone pee in a bottle and toss it over, is this a neighbor that’s complaining to the city?
This is one lady you would not want to mess with.

Most people are unwilling to admit that they need " MENTAL HEALTH HELP! " If you're a believer in Jesus Christ and praying for knowing how to shower them with love. They have become unsocial. There's too much on " THERE PLATE! " They will become unknowingly mean to you! Just to " get you to leave them alone and never come back! " If you keep interacting with them, caring and knowing when to leave! They will or not open up and trust that you care! That you're don't need to get them in trouble with police and city Adult Protection Agencies!

Thank you for mentioning therapy. I've been going through a lot. Lost my brother, 3 pets, my other brother was given 6 months to live from cancer, my brother-in-law is in hospice. There's been too much loss. Heck, we have both of our cars down right now. Just one thing after another. We're fortunate in one respect. We have a very nice neighbor who does our yardwork for only $40. (He only asked for $30, but I refuse to take advantage of his kindness)
Keep assisting others. It's refreshing.

I enjoy your videos very much, Eric. I've always helped people my whole life. I'll be 75 in 3 months, and I just don't have the ability to keep helping like I did. I had my left knee replaced 5 weeks ago, and I'm doing much better already. After my wife and I do a cruise in Jan, I'll have my rt knee replaced. After that I hope to be back to normal. I still keep going and doing things as much as it hurts me sometimes. The other day, I was putting step rails on my new RAM pickup. My neighbor, he's about 25, came running over and helped me. We have a lot of great people in the world. God bless and stay safe.

I can't understand how people can be so cruel. It's obvious that this lady is not doing well financially or she would have had the work done. If these neighbors were so upset about the overgrown trees & grass, why couldn't they get together & help this lady. Now they see you clearing things & they decide to be nosy. Hey, neighbors stay in your own lane & next time, help someone instead of gossiping about them. Thank you, Eric & your friend for helping this lady. I truly hope her situation gets better.🌻

I'm 62, not a lot of money, and I can't handle the yard work anymore alone. I put out a "help me please" on Nextdoor hoping someone would help even offering some money. Not a single response. Neighbors don't look out for one another like they used to.

It's so much easier to complain than offer any help. Same problem here.

When you have neighbors that are judgmental, that could be the reason this woman wasn't friendly. I have neighbors that have no consideration for the neighbors around them,back yard gross,and dogs running loose. So I understand this woman's reason to stay to herself,but GOOD people like these gentlemen come along to bless her day. Thank You Gentlemen for your kindness.

Her neighbors were being loud & obnoxious at night. She needs to call the PD/Sheriff depending on where she is located & utilize Code Enforcement on the other properties that are worse than hers. More than likely have able bodied people living in them but appears they may be doing too much partying to get their property in order.

I'd say trim it, to be more aesthetically pleasing. Bare dirt is not pleasing even if you are helping her... think to not destroy privacy screens for sensitive people. They do want their privacy, especially if they are feuding. Who wants to see a crazed neighbor? Now she lives in a fishbowl. A happy medium would have been better, unless she said take it all down to dirt...

Erik, ive been subscribed for a long time now you were one of the 1st lawn cutting people I ever watched and liked. I just lost my mom 3 years ago 10 monthe ago I lost my granddaughter but the most recent and hardest one yet has been my husband he passed 2 months ago. I say all that to say how amazing my neighbors are they have been such a help me and not just with yard work. There are still some kind people still out there.

They need to mind their own damn business, so glad I live in the Uk where nobody tells you what you can grow in your garden and what's on the roadside outside your property is up to the council to maintain.
