    I clicked on a previous video of yours expecting the viewer count to be near the millions (at least) and literally had to do a double take when I discovered you only had 5k subscribers (literally what, mark my words but this channel will blow up soon); not only is your voice and just general vibe so genuinely comforting but the production value is insane, the skill level is insane and just the general level of quality of content is shocking, I’m a student myself right now in the middle of hunkering down for my final exams in order to enter university to start my law degree while we come from different worlds I’m incredibly enamoured by your knowledge of science and just ability to make it understandable even for those of us who have limited knowledge it’s incredible; your videos have been a source of great comfort during my long hours preparing for my exams and time spent feeling at times quite isolated while revising, in short thank you for taking the time to make these videos and for creating them at such a high standard :)

    I'm a first year biomedical laboratory student and I'm loving these lab asmr videos!! We haven't done anything like growing cells yet so this is very interesting :) One thing I'm wondering is where the cells grow exactly? I got the idea that they grow in the medium, but you suck the medium away. I hope you can tell me 😊 And I hope the question makes sense haha English isn't my first language + it's 3 am right now

    • @belvedereasmr
      @belvedereasmr  2 місяці тому +1

      Awesome! I’m sure you will soon! It depends on the type of cell you’re growing, some do grow in suspension! But mostly the cells stick down to the bottom of the flask by attaching to the plastic with proteins, and grow there!

      @@belvedereasmr I work in a food science lab!! I was originally working with adhesives but was having issues with my mentor so now I’m doing product development with my new mentor. Honestly I can’t explain what she’s doing cause I just started with her 😭. But my last project we were working to develop sustainably safe and plant based hot melt adhesives for all types of uses in replacement of adhesives now that contain formaldehydes which is a carcinogen and emits gas from the adhesives for some reason that I can’t explain without that peer review 😂 but it’s used a lot in the wood industry.
