That’s a good question.every job wants to hear only one thing “are you the one for us”.A person is hired to solve their problem.A problem solver making alcolades in profits for the company.like for example my contribution to 1st in district and 4 the in region including international states being on a 10 man crew for Home Depot opening years. They are looking for someone who can bring it. That’s just one my highlights I got more experiences.We all can agree we have done something to make an impact for a company in some way. If I apply to Walmart they know they are getting a person that will take them hgher and the department I will work will have most profits. I have reccommendations stacked for them to know from previous projects so they know i am no fluke. Everything mentioned states what they are getting from me to provide what I done. My experience brings more that solutions but peaceful grow in profits to resolve problems.i have not seen the score but it is something that they want when taking assessment if you are the type person they need
