Dude. You don't realise but you are one of the best true crime narrators on UA-cam. Your video on Sr. Abhaya case was also truly class. You should consider doing this exclusively.
Indias justice system is a failed case. The Aarushi case, the Nithari case , recent Kolkata Doctors case...and there are so many still unsolved ones. Don't be surprised if the public comes on road and does justice on their own. We need that right now.
I was 10 years old, my father woke me up and told me and my siblings about this news. My mother cried and we were told not to go 10mtrs beyond our house unsupervised. Whole ghaziabad was in shock and horror for months
Zain vai ..you r totally different from menx... I don't like to comment nowadays...but it's Ur hard work, it's knowledge..I respect plz keep this show . .love from Nepal..
Good explanation Zain bhai... Such a horror story... But the worst part of this horror story is, accused are acquitted who were facing death sentence earlier.... Zain bhai can you tell me, who said "Indian judiciary is equal for all(rich and poor).....
Hey Zain, I remember this case and the show "Vardat" and my parents watching this. I was too young to collect the details but this is horrifying. It chills me to even think that this really happened. I thought I won't watch that movie because I can't keep up with the details but I couldn't miss your show. Please keep up the good work.
Thank you brother for such a great narration! That whole case is soo abhorrent and what made it worst was they got acquitted after death penalty!!! Only in India and we say there was no bribe n corruption! Shame shame. Where are the culprits now?!!!
25 min ki video thi, lekin dekhtay huwe narration style or editing ki waja se ek min bhi aagay krne ka dil nahi kiya.. Waiting for more episodes of this series...
bhai badiya hai yeh content. One suggestion, aap podcast bhi host karo aise topics pe yaan kisiko bula bhi lo. Sab kuch research karke pata karna aapke liye bhi difficult hoga and podcast mein dusra banda bhi apna knowledge share kar sakta hai
Nope, The legal system is simply asking for evidence which is enough to convict XYZ. It's the failure at the part of the administration and the investigating agencies. The court never denied the crime But also the court is not supposed to find the culprit
They never said that. They just don't know who. The crime scene was tampered by the public and God knows how many connections people have with politicians and all. Thank the mob
In 2006-07, I was living in a faridabad college off-campus hostel (which used to be a nursing home). Some officials came and did some investigation, asked questions from the hostel warden etc. I think the organ racket was investigated but maybe not properly or money played it's part.
This kind of cases have a basic frame. 1. Victims are innocent poor or lower middle class ppl 2. A scapegoat for the case, who directly agrees to all his doings 3. There is huge backing from political and high profile ppl 4. Criminal is mostly from rich background who somehow have trustworthy access to manipulate with cases evidence 5. The most important one..police is directly involved in manipulation of case, evidence 6. CBI gets involved when there is nothing left in the case or the government have to close it somehow 7. Lastly, the criminals don't get punished due to lack of evidence and other loop holes 8. Tests like narco test are involved to make crowd shut up ,stretch the cases. 9. Major business and money involved like in this organ selling, easy money. Making it so complex a crime. In end... justice is not served and never will. Example: this one and the recent Kolkata rape and murder of female doctor.
He had to use because allegations remained just that, allegations. And hardly anything was proven. Someone having to use this word years after a case means there were some big f ups.
Welcome to Indian judiciary system... It will never disappoint you... Bhagwan na kare kavi kisiko police aur court ka chakar lagana pade....it's a dead end
With all due respect, Brother), just one question, I love your reporting, but how many media did cover that they were not proven guilty in the Allahabad court? Media didn’t covered it as it covered it previously.
Incorrect statement at 8. Mins. This father was not different from the otgers in that he was determined. All the fathers were determined. This father just had the presence of mind and a route to the chief magistrate...... 😔
Hi Zain Bhai , Allegedly very nice explanation of this serious case. Bhai , Nithari Kaad mein jitne murders huye , ussee jayda baar to aapne - Allegedly, Allege bola hain 😅 . Ek baar Khud video dekhna "Allegedly, apko rona aa jayga hamari haalat par.. Maaf करना.
My take is that koli was a scapegoat and pandher was just a normal guy with a lot of money and desires no doubt he was lustful but so are many businessmen and politicians it doesn’t make them a monster …the body takes 3-4 years to decompose completely so the skeletons were certainly dumped by somebody in that time period probably who has power and authority in the area like rwa.In this case media and local authorities sabotaged all the evidences and manipulated the people from the very beginning(exactly similar to kolkata case) ….whenever there’s a mafia involved(these are the criminals involved in trade of literally everything)then powerful and rich people like judges and politicians automatically gets involved …do people know that who gets the priority in organ transplant lists?its the judges and politicians anyway CBI was right in their findings they knew these 2 people were scapegoats but the doctor could be of more use how did he get away?😅 And that poor girl was probably trafficked But lastly i will agree with everybody our system sucks including our people i hate the man who was pimping his daughter like he didn’t know what happens in this business? Well now he knows
Along with the comedy content ….this is the best thing that you are doing ….informative, historic , crime this type of story telling is very suitable for you with the graphics…..i m really happy that u have started this interesting journey 🥰🥰
Our judicial system is so logically flawed that everyone from poor to rich,,null to extreme powerful scared to speak openly about this system needs serious reforms,,v r already vry vry late and scared to make some changes about this supreme system.
Only thing I know it's a big secret how can I believe it's only koli .. bht chance h everything's done by pandher ..koli got opportunity to get ransom money .. they both ..infact more thn them are involved

I am so impressed by the initial monologue when you talk about the glass wall... That was intense... Well done Zain
Yeahh
I am from Delhi Ncr only... it was very scary time wen this new broke out.
In kannada newspapers , both of them are shown as muslims,😮😮
I just watched sector 36 truly terrifying so many innocent lives lost
No offence but they are out from jail due to lack of evidence. How come so much things could not prove the accused guilty of the crime😢
It was because of the court they tried preventing justice and succeeded as usual
Bhai yeh India hai.
Yaha ache se baarish ho toh Saab paap dhul jate hai.
Paisa n power
Only pandher out Kohli is still in jail for life

Zain bhai can you tell me, who said "Indian judiciary is equal for all(rich and poor).....
Nothing is equal for rich and poor. NOTHING.
Thank you for covering the strory from all perspectives with facts.
I accidentally came across your video. Absolutely love your narration style. You are doing a fab job.
Please don't stop this series.
Your Pakistani fan.
Hey Zain, I remember this case and the show "Vardat" and my parents watching this. I was too young to collect the details but this is horrifying. It chills me to even think that this really happened. Was waiting for this since the past couple of days. Thank you Zain.
Thank you brother for such a great narration! That whole case is soo abhorrent and what made it worst was they got acquitted after death penalty!!! Only in India and we say there was no bribe n corruption! Shame shame. Where are the culprits now?!!!
You are doing very good work. Please continue doing it for us
So if they are not guilty, who is ? The children did not spontaneously die and end up in the drain from nowhere ?
thank you zain bhai for this series 👍🏼
Allahabad HC acquited them. This is is condition of our policing and judiciary.
It is the job of law agencies to make a proper case.
I guess supreme court
Allahabad HC judges sometime make these judgements to build their case for CJI and supreme court postings!
Stop commenting without having any knowledge of law. Naturally you would hardly understand anything.
When there is not enough evidence what can the courts do? 🤡
Keep it up, Zain! Had been patiently waiting for this one.
25 min ki video thi, lekin dekhtay huwe narration style or editing ki waja se ek min bhi aagay krne ka dil nahi kiya.. Waiting for more episodes of this series...
That glass wall thing was really really deep... Good work

Bahut badhiya Zain bhai! Next pls cover Aarushi murder case.
You'll grow like crazy bro... Superb content and narration ...
This was amazing, on the contrary if you listen the same case from Sham Tahir Khan you understand the mirch masala theories Zain mentioned
Very good explanation Zain bhai , you have done really well . 🎉
Pl decode "Arushi murder case..without using overdose of "Allegedly word
😅😂 its his majboori... he is saying allegedly because HC has acquitted them form this case and now nobody can call them criminals...
@@ammygaming2817 Haha.. True. But even you would agree that using "Allegedly" 3 times in same sentence is a bit too much for ears 🤪
It's a necessity.
Infact those were just allegations
The administration failed to prove them
It is a bit too much, I agree. But if he doesn't, he could go to jail, so the choice is pretty simple.
Being honest ur narration is much better than ur comedy.......puri video dekhni hi padi.....
Dude u are a great story teller...keep up
Good going Zain Bhai sahi jaa rahi hei ye series ❤❤❤

And ultimately they were pardoned by High Court.
