- See my 12,000 Watt Solar Cart (Generator). I wanted to create a solar wagon to act as a backup to my 3 separate 12,000 Watt Inverters. Instead of leaving my spare inverter in a box, I created this cart that can store over 25 kWh of energy I can (and did) backup my home solar as well as put 25.3 kWh into my Tesla Model X.
Your cart is awesome. Where do you get your cells from? Great idea.
From Alibaba. I found a distributor with US Stock. These were the first cells I bought on Alibaba... That company was horrible. This new distributor is great. I think I paid $118 per 302aH cell to my door.
Wow. That’s a great price. Any chance on sharing the distributors info? US stock is great as shipping I would imagine is cheaper.

The prices you see are for batteries that take 2.5 months to get here and you probably pay $1,000 in shipping... Etc... So the price is adjusted to account for the shipping. I think the eve 280 aH are now about $108 to your door and claims 8000 cycles. My cells arrived in perfect order in 6 days. Nice quality nuts and busbars.

Nice setup, what do you plan to use it for
If any of the 3 inverters I have go down, I just pull it in place and can take over for a failed inverter. You can also charge it through the nema 14-50 plugs I use to charge my car. Just plug it in to the NEMA 14-50 and it charges the 27 kWh of batteries. That is nice when you battery bank is full and you don't want to throw away the power, pull this up and let it collect the excess solar...
@@Roberteeeeeee I see, how big is your home solar battery? A 27kWh cart is quite large for a mobile car!
@solarcannonballrun I have 21 kW of Panels and 220 kWh of battery storage.

I have 15 kWh of pre-assembled batteries. But then I started buying 300 aH from Alibaba and got carried away. Did you see my solar trailer?
