Hey everyone! A new version of this video released few days ago, way better than this one! This one will be hidden but still accessible if you have the link! ua-cam.com/video/Zj03aD0TAgg/v-deo.htmlsi=RqVEHmDSAwW-wM-r
Man this is just why Black Metal is the purest art form. In my opinion, the greatest music genre. It’s ugly, beautiful, atmospheric, evil, dark, haunting, depressing, uplifting, it just brings so many emotions. Hail Black Metal forever 🖤🤘🏻☠️🔪
As someone who is just starting to get into black metal, I wanted to thank you for your video. You've introduced me into a lot of bands for me to check out.
I think this is the best video about black metal subgenres. Other videos are like garbage. They show the best song in the heaviest subgenres and the worst ones in the "softer" subgenres like symphonic or ambient subgenres. These videos make them looks like it's embarrassing to listen to those subgenres but you made all bm subgenres to appear equal. 🖤🤘
Sono estremamente felice di vedere un mix così, il black ha così tante sfumature e sottogeneri, uno più bello e particolare dell'altro, continua a fare video così grazie 🖤🌒🥀🍂🖤
Very interesting. I've listened to a wide range of non-extreme metal and doom metal over the past 18 years (ages 12-30 that is), but most extreme metal, like black metal, seemed like something completely unapproachable... Until I saw a video pondering Slipknot's influence on heavier modern metal (not black metal, though, more like djent and those genres that end in -core), then I got interested. I've listened to Slipknot for 15 years and back then they were the heaviest stuff I had ever heard, but they were easy to approach and I'm starting to only now realize what a great gateway band they are to the extreme stuff... And you have made exactly that I needed right now. Some guidance on where to begin in the vast subgenre of black metal. Where to find the stuff I like.
Great video, im going to have to check out some of these bands. Where can I find these albums? UA-cam? bandcamp? And if you have any tips on how to find and help underground scenes please share them. Also, do you happen to know any melodic black-doom bands? (It should sound like Darkflight and early Katatonia)I really want to listen to more like that. Again, this is a really god video. Well done \m/

I tried to chose very strong scene. I don't see a lot of austrian bands but maybe that's me. I know the austrian scene from the early 90's with Summoning, Pazuzu etc... but I don't find that much austrian bands nowadays.
great video, very informative, spans almost all genres, subgenres, fusion genres whether its musical or lyrical as well as the biggest scenes and associations. However, its missing blackened noise and blackened grind as well as gothic black
Where is the troll metal??? :))) troll metal is a is a mixture of folk metal and black metal, with lyrical and thematic emphasis on trolls, mythical creatures from the Norse mythology and Scandinavian folklore!

This is great video, the only scene missing is I think Black Twilight Circle from California with bands like Odz Manouk, Volahn or Arizmenda
I didn't know it. Thank you for noticing, I'll add it if I make a new version.
@@undergroundmetalpromo They are making really good music. The desert dances and serpent sermons split is I beliebe a great example of their work
This video was super helpful and awesome. I’m thinking of starting a solo project myself. Hail from USA \m/ !
Thank you !
you know the video is good when starts with KPN
Hehehehe

From 1:00 To 12:59
blackened metalcore is also a cool genre. Early Oathbreaker, Early Justice For The Damned (HM2 rocks), Hexis and Toten Skin are great
Thanks for the knowledge, I add it to my list, if I needed to do a 3rd version !
great video! sad to not see austrian black metal, but i get that not every country can be mentioned

@@undergroundmetalpromo my comment wasnt entirely serious. I understand that the austrian scene is not the most prominent internationally.
🤘🖤🌪Underground Metal Promotion🌪🖤🤘
Manca solo il Black/Gothic alla Anorexia Nervosa, Cradle , Elvira Madigan ecc...nonostante ciò l'ho trovato molto completo come video, bravo! \m/
I've been search for a video like that for mouths! tysm! =)
Thank you for your message !
Thy Light 🤘
Something that sounds similar to mayhem slaughter of dreams 0:00-1:17? Screamless
You should mention Demoniac for an example of black/power subgenre
Très très TRÈS quali
Merci!

Burzum - Rundgang um die transzendentale Säule der Singularität
@@undergroundmetalpromo Thanks, I spent a long time trying to figure out where they were from.

Peste Noire - La Chaise Dyable
And then there’s Judas Iscariot. 2nd and a 1/4 wave 😂. No seriously though where would u put Judas Iscariot. 2nd wave sound but from the 2000’s.
Subbed
No Voidhanger in black/thrash?
Nope sorry, I didn't know this one until you mentionned it. I'm not really into Black/Thrash.
J’attends la version 10h
Un peu long ça ferait beaucoup de morceaux ptdr.
Blackened Metalcore?
