I have had Irish wolfhounds for 15 years, best dog in the world I raised 6 litters, I’m down to one wolfie now, but I’ll be getting one more in June, best people protector, they don’t like to fight, and will not start a fight ( they are not pits they approach everyone as a friend until you get stupid) but look out if you attack their pack! Zero to 100 in one second flat! Gentle when stroked fears when provoked! I know of a woman in town that has 6 of them, I know all the dogs, I would not go over to her house without her knowing that I am coming, they love her 6 x 150lbs each !
