Generally his screen time is 1 to 2 hour a day..He is responding everything but talking only two words. His weight is 16kg

Any Fever should be checked for COVID and yes you are very right that kids don't eat much if they are sick, that's why it's important to keep them hydrated and give them fluids as much as possible including healthy soups, and fruits.

Sir, what could be the prognosis of elderly diabetic patients (affected with covid) with increased cardiac biomarkers, inflammatory markers as well as uremia while being treated?
How much survival chances do such patients have?

All these do make any case complicated as these things indicate that patients is in MODS (multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrom) and point towards a poor prognosis but sometimes we don't always rely on reports only and patients clinical condition is also important in deciding the prognosis.

Yes, but India guidelines don't advice Vaccine for lactating mothers. Secondly it takes 3-4 weeks for antibodies formation.
But all international studies suggest that it is safe for lactating mothers.
