Ingredients:
1lb/450g ground beef
olive oil
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp bell pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
5-6 medium or 4 large potatoes
1 carrot (optional)
3 cups water or broth

1 medium yellow onion
2 medium carrots
2 ribs celery
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt, black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1 1/2 cups (360ml) beef broth
1 cup frozen peas
Mashed potatoes:
4 medium potatoes
3 tbsp butter
1 cup / 200g mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk
1 tsp salt
Black pepper

Love the recipes. For the second one in the UK we call that cottage pie. I tend to reduce the milk when mashing the potatoes and add an egg. This makes the mash creamier and browns more in the oven. ❤❤

I love the recipes you do in your videos. I would say I have tried more of them than I have other peoples recipes. Not very often do you use "fancy" hard to get ingredients. So thank you.
Have you ever listed the equipment you use ? I would find that quite helpful in getting the right utensils, knives and pans that I know work because you use them.
