Great video Ellen! Would love to see Phantom of the Opera but don’t think they show it in Scotland. Wondering if or how you plan your week ahead? I need to plan as I’m full time but not 9-5 so shifts change all the time but like yourself I still want to keep my morning/evening routines ❤
I totally get that - even though I’m technically 9-5 right now I feel like my hours are super variable. I try to schedule in days where I can do my morning and evening routines properly, and just stay chilled about the days when it probably isn’t going to work. And on the days when all plans go out the window, I just try and include a couple of small things into my morning or evening that I know will make me feel good like my mint tea 🥲 or fresh air. But I’ll do a vid on how I plan my weeks asap! 🥰❤️
Hi Ellen, sunday is atm mij favorite day of the week because I know you will post a video 🙈. It is light in the morning and it helps so much but here in belgium we just have summer hour. I don't like that. I wonder what hour you had the wake up the day after you recorded this video... I think after such a day I sleep for 12 hours 🙈. You are so honest and naturel in your video's. I just love that. ❤

Honestly any mint tea I love! At the moment I’m drinking pukka teas - but I also love just using fresh mint leaves as well 🥰
