The POV was awesome and congrats on your ranking. 8th out of 40+/- is pretty good seeing how you haven't raced in quite some time. I went watched an XC race at one of my favorite trail systems near me. It was fun encouraging some of the juniors and just watching the Expert/Cat1 category blaze our very rocky and technical trails. There were a ton of flats and dinged rims, plus out of towners were complaining it was "too rocky" 🤣🤣🤣. The rocks are what make these trails awesome
Eric! Long time viewer, first time commenter, started watching your videos when you were mostly doing tracklocross/gravel stuff and mix/mash drivetrain bits as that’s what I’m into. I’ve never ridden bmx or mtb but still love watching all your videos, keep it up, cheers
You ain't losin, man, that is for sure- you do it all, the race, mtb, urban fixies, commuting in winter, building cool bikes, bmx, more. ...I agree, we can definitely have good bikes with decent parts and not spend a fortune! Thanks!
Nice vid, I enjoyed it. Mixing up the content is nice. Won’t be long and we’ll all be looking to watch a winter build of some type. Maybe a Fatbike to get us primed for the season here in Ontario.
I love your philosophy. I find the elitism in the bike industry and snobbishness of certain circles so irksome. I've been searching UA-cam for someone who's more concerned with getting out, riding with friends and enjoying all the good things bikes from every discipline bring to life (and crushing it while doing so!). New sub!
Awesome video Eric! Looks like an absolute blast of a race. I raced a small local single stage Enduro as my first ever bike race a few weeks ago and loved it!
On point bud!🤘🏼we don’t need expensive stuffs for our bike to progress our riding skills or to have fun out in the trails!we just need a moutain bike that is reliable and Congratulations!
I loved the POV in this. Really making me want to work on a full suspension mountain bike instead of building a hardtail. Maybe I try to do both... Who knows.
Super interesting to see enduro racing from someone who’s more like your average rider on an average kind of enduro bike…. Moving the Marino higher up my next bike purchase list. 👌
yup, i used to have one it was amaze. only reason i got rid of it was i needed money for work tools and sometimes you gotta have money to spend money to make money.
The pov was cool and not too much, especially for a guy like me that doesn’t really get a chance to do that type of riding. Shirt sleeves give a little Freddy Kruger vibe though.
POV Enduro content is a genre all to itself. You just click play and lose yourself in the beauty of the trail, so ya... I'm in the camp of put a bunch of it in.
Great amount of POV footage, I could really tell you were riding much harder than normal which was really cool to see!
DFL is the placing I strive for these days DFL>DNF>DNS

Well done Eric!
Looked pretty fast on camera.

Good job Spinney! Glad you had a good time. Bikes are fun
the POV was joy to watch! thanks for the as usual awesome entertainment ✌️
More of this. Enjoyed that. Cooking on that last trail 🐆🐆
Very much liked the POV parts. Keep them coming 👍👍👍
Great work, great footage, great finish, not enough adds.
That was really fun to watch. Thanks for sharing.
Nice Eric, nice!! POV stuff was great, looked really fast! 😎
Lovely getting that POV time. Those trails look so fun. Great vid, as always, man.
well done!! very respectable finish and man your frame is sick. i love that its steel and that its a single pivot.
i was really stoked on this one, would have love to see the other runs aswell. great stuff

Loved the POV foootage! Great video, great message "you do not need the high end gear to have fun"
Love all the action it’s like I’m there.
This was supper fun to watch!!
Are you running inserts? Yes! Are they good? No!
glad to see the old yamaha in the background again. damn that is a pretty bike.
Great riding Eric! That was a blast to watch!
I'm pretty sure this was my favorite video of yours. Great job with the video and the race!
I love how much more east coast Eric's accent becomes when he's chatting with people

absolutely loving the new steel shred sled! What a steed!
These videos inspire me to ride. Thanks man.
Awesome video Eric! Looks like an absolute blast of a race. I raced a small local single stage Enduro as my first ever bike race a few weeks ago and loved it!
This is racing the Spindatt way. Great job! 👍🏻
Super fun day. Let's ride bikes again!
That was really fun! More racing please
Some frisky trees on that last run, great video 👍

This was sweet! Would love to see more racing while I'm racing in other areas 😆🤙
This was fun.
Also arguably your best shirt.
It looks like a blast! You must have slept well after that one.
It's nice to see long POV shots and the sounds as well. Love your motto: Ride reasonably priced bikes.
Great video!…thanks!…you did awesome!…so much fun!…😎

Take a trip a little east and race St. John’s Enduro Series. All gnarly tech, all the time.
Looked like fun, anything I do I'm happy for not dead last and a day out on bikes is always fun as long as hospital is avoided
Such nice riding, damn! Trail 3 had me hypnotized!
Congrats on 8th place, that's awesome!
Loved the POV!
That frame was only $590? Holy fuck
awesome content, got to admit always look forward to your videos
Great video.....Again!
I also love the music at the end. What is it??
"I'm the limit, not the bike." Good. Then the bike's good enough.
Woah one of the few bike youtubers i watch not solely for mountain biking shreds. wtf
Hoping to see some CX racing vids for this year.
Loving the look of the full suspension . Is the swing arm steel as well?
yup, i used to have one it was amaze. only reason i got rid of it was i needed money for work tools and sometimes you gotta have money to spend money to make money.
I should stop watching your videos at night... You make me want to ride bikes.
"Eric, you've got some foliage in your derailleur"
"Yeah, just leaf it there"
this guy.
More race vlogs....great job
Last among equals is my motto
Absolutely bombing!
I remember you racing CX 👌👌
I enjoyed watching that.
Nice video Eric.
Thank you very much for the entertainment.
You are the limit but do YOU have limits?
nice one, buddy!
HELL YES!
Sweet! Where was this enduro?
The pov was cool and not too much, especially for a guy like me that doesn’t really get a chance to do that type of riding. Shirt sleeves give a little Freddy Kruger vibe though.
What did the merino cost to actually build up?
“I’m such a hack” haha.
Any chance we'll get any cx content this season our first race is this weekend.
Eric you’ve probably already told us who made your frame? Can you tell me again 🙏
What trails are these? Looks nice and flowy

So weird seeing Spindatt in bright colors and not black or muted earth tones.
590u$d Frame cost only. Right?
👍
subscribed, would you please stop letting air out of my tires now?
POV does not suck
$599 for complete bike?
69th like. nice
👍
