POV: You receive an unexpected item from what you actually expected.

This happened a while back when I ordered a take n play pull back Gordon on eBay, but got a trackmaster 2 Thomas with a Gordon tender. Luckily, I was able to contact the seller regarding it and they managed to find the item I actually wanted and shipped it to me free of charge! :)
