Hello there, Kathleen! Your descriptions are very helpful to me. I appreciate your efforts, at every turn! I can follow your instructions without getting stuck on a page. What a JOY!! TYFS.
I love your tag template videos, Kathleen! Have I told you that I have a whole idea book dedicated to your tag ideas? Love them! Thanks so much for sharing them with all of us! Love and hugs to you! ❤
Thank you for the great idea to keep a special book for tag / ephemera ideas! So far I re-created the ones I liked. But when I want to make more later, I am occasionally lost because I cannot remember an important step. Writing the idea down with a sample and the information where I found it would be very helpful.
Love your template idea. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Look forward to seeing the English country garden Journal. Been sitting in my English country garden today on this glorious summers day. The scent from the roses is heavenly. wish I could bottle it! Happy crafting Kathleen💕
My pleasure! Thanks so much for watching! I've tried so hard to create and actual English country garden, but here on the high desert in the southwest USA, it is just futile. So I live in my imagination, haha. Enjoy it double for me, won't you?
Thank you, Kathleen. It was quick and awesome in its simplicity and adaptability. I really appreciate your templates! Hope you’re enjoying some wonderful summer weather in your neck of the woods. Winter hasn’t really struck with a vengeance, yet, except for the really heavy frosty mornings. Days are sunny and not very windy. No doubt the colder, windier days are coming. 😀💞
Thank you Keryn! I'm glad it's helpful. Yes, we're into summer now - it's our hottest time, but we never really get much past 90s F - because of our elevation. I could use a bit of cold, haha.
When I go to Salvation Army, I check for scrapbook paper, print paper, dictionaries, books and greeting cards. I cut the cards into different sizes to go on multiple new cards and tags. Also, many-many times, I use small envelopes (5.25in. by 3.50in. size) as the base. Automatically, there's no measuring, and each one will be the exact, identical size as the next! You can fill the envelope with ephemera and make another pocket behind it if you need to glue it down. I really like your style. TYFS!
My pleasure Trish! Thanks for watching. If you love templates, I have a playlist of them! Here’s a quick link = ua-cam.com/play/PLgqCtfI_g_9eqWNDG1m8cEfsleQgqgpC4.html&si=w21eSmQGB8xwk3pm
Kathleen this has been very helpful. I have been very ill and out of commission for making junk journals and then moving and trying to get settled with the help of my family. I'm making my first journal in absolutely ages and my brain is having a hard time thinking of what to do I have 10 tags to make and this will be very helpful. Blessings and hugs from New Mexico
This makes me happy Judie - I’m so glad the be helpful. I’m glad you are feeling better and getting settled. It is a trial to move, but change can spark creativity!
Hi Kathleen. This is just what I was looking for! A simple but effective tag template. Thank you so much for sharing with us. Please could you give me the name of the lovely corner punch you have used on the first tag? Hope you see this comment and keep up the good work! X
Glad it was helpful Janice! Sadly, Fiskars doesn’t make this one any longer - I think it was called scallops or something like that. But sometimes they come up on EBay. I do think there is a scalloped one without the holes that is still available.
