JQ is my main still and I love her. I greatly enjoyed her in S1 and beyond. I was sad she got so mega-buffed because everyone started using her. I feel she's one of the few tanks that really rewards you for hiting your skills and timing things correctly with her abilities. She's such a fun character and not terribly unbalanced. I only want a few minor QOL tweaks.
1. Be able to shout while in the middle of swinging carnage (It makes no sense why, but you can shoot and activate shout or gracie. Por que?)
2. Provide a 1 second cool down on shout. I don't think this will break her. It's just shout is too damn long at times. I won't say I'll die on this hill, but most other tanks are up with their CDs more. Mauga lost a second on his and gain temp health too. Give JQ shout a small bit of love please.

I'm assuming you mean to reduce shout CD by 1 second? Because setting shout to a 1 sec CD would be busted.

What has happened to Zarya, that made her the head of the Russian space program? Because I've constantly seen Zarya's go flying like at 0:40.
Also I love that for me my sound in OW is completely borked since last patch, because i can no longer tell directions or distance at all. Like i got ulted by a Junkrat that was right behind me. And I thought he was ulting from spawn on Arctic peninsula or whatever the KOTH map is called.

Honestly as a Queen main she is still strong but the way you play her in high elo is so boring, you just play around shout and when you knife someone just rush them with shout and Carnage.

That's because you don't get away with the things you do in lower elos. This is how higher elos just play. They capitalize more on your screw ups.

Unfortunately, that’s kinda how high elo is supposed to be. You kinda have to look for the best opportunities in general and that means playing it slow until you see something worth committing for. In higher ranks, people actively look to punish what is and isn’t a mistake.
It’s about doing stuff the optimal way, not doing everything as a flashy expectation.

Calling the Knife back pulls the target in a predictable arc towards you. This makes them easier to shoot or hit with Junker Queen's axe. Also, when Junker Queen has the knife in her hands, she applies bleed damage on every melee, so you can shoot and melee someone that you pulled with the knife.
