- This is a fan made album that contains my favorite Nirvana chill songs. I honestly really love listening this album!
It is a "relax", "chilling" album :-). The name of the album is "Chill". It is very enjoyable to listen to even for someone who does not like rock alternative / grunge music. I took versions of the songs that cannot be found on any of the official studio albums Bleach, Nevermind and In Utero, even Incesticide, so it's something new to listen to for those who didn't listen to any other material.

The very nice Rape Me acoustic version has been made by UA-cam user R!OT EARTH and is available here: • Video . In order to achieve this, he found the 'Rape Me' isolated vocal tracks from 'In Utero', and he combined them with acoustic guitar which he played. Simply fantastic!

I created that compilation like in an hour or 2 when I started my channel and decided to post it along with my "IV" fan made album (see playlist) but I created "Chill :-)" here just for fun, I was expecting "IV" to be much more popular but surprinsignly that one "Chill ;-)" became much more a succes than the other, got much more thumbs up here!

Haha nice that I get comments on this one, thank you for listening! I made this on in July 2018, at that time I didn't have any content on my channel except that "fan made album" that I created at the time and another one named "IV" that has been converted to a playlist later on my channel (still there) as UA-cam didn't want to accept a single music file containing all these songs, for some copyright reasons possibly. This fan made album "Chill" turned out to be very popular haha... but I should redo it with better sound. At that time I didn't know anything about sound and I possibly used 128 kbps mp3 to start with and I possibly messed up the sound even further in my conversions processes before I upload to UA-cam as I didn't know at all what I was doing at that time 😁. Maybe we should ask the 1.8k people who clicked on the like button why they love it.... Anyway, we are all free to listen or to not listen to whatever we want on UA-cam so if you prefer the Unplugged album, I have no problem with this and you can listen to it and not listen to my fan made album, I'm fine with it. Hello my friend, thank you for your comment. I agree but also, the lyrics of Kurt Cobain can be interpreted as symbolic lyrics and not as lyrics representing true raping as we know it. "Rape Me" may mean many things in poetry and Kurt was doing poetry a lot while writing.

@@rustygribble5309 I downloaded all songs (one at a time), I placed them all into one folder on my hard drive, I combined them all into one single music track (one big file) and I applied cross-fading between each song so you can notice this when you pass from one song to another, they both "merge" and play together for a few seconds and I uploaded this compilation that I made on my channel as one single music track (one big file).

Actually what I did is very simple, I downloaded the electronic versions of these songs from the Internet, many from UA-cam directly, on my computer, using tools that allow this. Then I assembled them all into one single MP3 file and I uploaded this MP3 file to this channel so that Nirvana fans can enjoy this compilation the way I made it and in the sequence that I placed the song. To assemble many MP3 files into 1 MP3 file and adding cross fading between each song, at the time I did this compilation in 2018, I used a Web site that was doing this : combine multiple MP3 files together in one single MP3 file and indicate that I want "cross-fading" between each song and the Web site was applying the cross fading automatically and I could download the final combined MP3 from there. But I did some minor editions prior to this so that I adjust the silence at the beginning and at the end of each song to have good results with the cross-fading operations.
