Immerso nel mondo della pasticceria sin dalla tenera età, il pasticcere catalano è cresciuto attraverso il lavoro e le contaminazioni del laboratorio di famiglia. Dopo la vittoria della Coppa del Mondo di Pasticceria a Lione nel 2011, Jordi si è lanciato in una nuova sfida: insegnare ai pasticceri come creare le loro ricette da zero. E’ nato così il metodo B-Concept.
