The problem with Middleton's court cases is he basically knows everyone that comes before him. He tries to maintain proper court decorum, but, those coming in think it's an afternoon gab session. I suspect that woman was in a relationship with the landlord, it didn't end well and she is now using him. She only wants money or what she thinks is owed to her. She can move out at any time, but, remains just to harass and torment that old man. Shameful!
I find I read the comments sometimes before I view the video these days. My frustration of seeing the disrespect, outright contempt allowed in the Courtroom without being ‘punished’ is overwhelming. The lack of respect only seems to be increasing these days, without the Court being a place of order in this crazy world, this only encourages those who take that disrespect back into society with them to us! My children are young adults now & they would NEVER treat ANYONE in our Justice system or in authority like this!
I always worked with strict judges as a stenographer and never saw any of this stuff. But a courtroom is like a trip to Walmart. You might see any damn thing there.
Uh oh, a felony complaint on this first woman, and during arraignment. Wow, those are some serious charges!!! Oh she is showing some attitude, with that MMmmHmm. That judge is going to get fed up with that in a second. I can't help but wonder why the judge isn't putting her foot down with this one.
While I appreciate his innate desire to come to equitable resolutions and restore people, he can be entirely too lax. Allowing matters to go on for years, clogging the system is not productive.
Thanks to this channel, I just recently watched Knoxstream and the guy had a dead rat on his head? And the Wilford Brimley- esk guy ended by talking about how he wasn't gonna put that guy in jail for 5 days for peeing in a bush! A guy outta be able to pee in a bush! I died 🤣🤣
Mike, can you please explain why so many judges don’t hold people in contempt that are waaaay out of line? I watch so many of your videos and I’m always dumbfounded.
September said she doesn't have a place to move to... BUT I have heard Debbie Davis say the City has ' accommodations ' available for people who show up in Court.. 🙂
Oh good grief. If the landlord did everything she accused him of and police took fingerprints and know it’s him he would have already been arrested for a plethora of crimes. 6 times she’s been told to leave, she already has a new place to go and admitted to milking the process. Why isn’t she in jail?
Two observations from your New Hampshire and Boston counsel: First, her statement that she intended “to milk this for as long as (she) can…,” to me, evinces her plan to commit Rule 11 issues seriatim, and/or an intention to be a vexatious litigant. In addition, she was making accusations and otherwise tried to introduce facts to a (very lax) court proceeding despite her being unsworn.
For the love of God! I do t want that lady taken care of my older loved ones. She is a CNA and I bet she identifies as a nurse? Mmmmhhhmmm! Really like this judge. She is no nonsense.
But her name is September! What a beautiful name for such a nasty woman. I wish it were on somebody else, but I'm glad to see the name in the wild -- I've only encountered it in books before.
Use your words...I was working with a buddy and he said "we need some more...some more...those...that...."hey man, use your words" WHACK lol.....(hint, he's old like me and we often have 3 things going on in our heads at once lol).
Because she's hoping to extract money from him for the horrible way he keeps the place, and because she hates him and wants to spite him. It's been about a year now. I wonder if she's still there?
26:14 not sure what it's like in Michigan but here in Canuckistan the landlord has every right to enter HIS PROPERTY whenever he feels necessary for ANY reason as long as he provides 24 hrs notice. That means he can call, leave a message, put a not on the door, whatever. If he gets there and the tenant has changed the locks (which they're not allowed to do unless they provide a key to the landlord) he still has a right to enter HIS property. It's like when you rent a car, you can't go making modifications to it whenever you like.
I just love the cadence of Judge Middleton's speech. It rises, it falls, it builds suspense... it resolves. *happy sigh* (Also, I'm jealous of his long, beautiful silver ponytail.)
This is the very first time ever I've heard a Judge actually tell someone their written words can be used against them. I've always known that but nice to see someone inform the defendant of that. I think when the woman in the Judge Middleton case said she was in a relationship, I think she was trying to claim she has someone and the Landlord is jealous. Now if he installed her window AC of course his prints will be on it. I love when Judge's say you should move, they always agree yet refuse to do so.
Ummmm, duh, it's common sense, jail letters or phone calls always are and can be evidence, you loose many constitutional rights when incarcerated, that's the way the criminal cookie crumbles
Wow, that first one is a CNA in the Lansing area. I hope neither I nor my family ever find ourselves in her care. As far as in the third clip the lady calling Judge Middleton 'Middleton', I meant to comment this when you mentioned it but then he mentioned Three Rivers and it solidified what I was thinking. Judge Middleton has said more than once that a lot of the younger folks from Three Rivers do call him Middleton without putting Judge in front of it and that it's not meant to be disrespectful. I will say it's interesting to see September Knowles as a Landlord/Tenant defendant vs. a criminal defendant. She seems to have a...problematic way of presenting in either situation.
I think the first woman misunderstood the legal advice: You're should avoid talking to cops if possible, you shouldn't avoid talking to the judge when asked.
I have a hard time respecting Middleton sometimes. He really puts up with too much, letting this woman interrupt so many times and all of it. But this is fun!
Judge Middleton just said @26:20 that “Autumn, or September agrees to it” while talking in court about the elderly landlord wanting the “I’m going to 🥛 it for all he’s worth” crazy lady tenant to GTF out of his rental. I can’t stand her blah blah mouth after every two words the Judge says. I hope he stops being so lenient with her soon. She’s not doing ANYTHING RIGHT! Yet Judge just keeps going while she talks over him. Some of the accusations she is making against the landlord seem too far fetched. It’s like she’s made up all of these accusations to meet every point in the statute “till he gives me my money” ($6000). Good grief, stfu whatever her name is.
Oooh what a lovely breakfast treat to start the week with. Like the new judges. Sheesh what a group in this one! Glad they are going to assess the mmmmhmm lady. And the last one, def some shenanigans were had, but I'm getting scamber vibes off her.... just stop talking lady!
The judge is doing a disservice to society. He should have had her removed from the premises and today he should have held her in contempt and jailed her and fined her $5,000.
The thing about the September case, if the landlord did leave a mark on her son. Why is she not moving out fast? Especially since she claims she has a place to go
“If I hold my pregnant belly maybe they will feel sorry for me and let me get away with whatever I want” And that is the exactly the attitude a lot of CNAs have sadly! Also, she doesn’t look good for her age which is why exactly she is wearing that ridiculous wig.

I believe the first judge is Judge Kristen Simmons. I watch some of her videos yesterday and she is excellent. We have seen Miss Nolles in Judge Middleton’s court previously on several occasions. She is a trip and hard to believe.
Mike: You might want to bleep out the identification of the first defendant’s home address at around the 10:30 mark. The first reference to the lady’s address was bleeped out but the second reference slipped into the recording.
Gotta say I'm disappointed in Judge Middleton. He continually allowed her to interject her nastiness, talk over him, make accusations, and she should've been held in contempt. I hope he took note of her comment about milking this for as long as she can. I don't believe for a second that she has a place to go but she better find one.

I'm beginning to find Judge Middleton too mellow for my liking. Sure he knows these people and wants the bests for them but at one point he also need them to understand that they are in court and needs to respect the authority of the court.
Judge Middleton seems to be a caring judge who wants the best for everyone that crosses his docket. Maybe some folks get out of hand but that should not make him angry but sorry for the situations that these folks get themselves in
@@frankbaird5844 *Pig Manure* She said she had a place to move in any time! 25:00 onward. Looks to me this is a case in which a Judge allows the people to get too personal with him. She didn't give a pig-snout over the fact that he was the Judge in that situation.

No way to talk to a judge who is about to set your bond amount. Goes to show that she will not respect the courts bond conditions. She'll go there no matter what she's been told. This judge will see her again very soon for another charge. 3rd case we have a "frauderyer". Admitting to committing fraud or about to commit fraud as not a smart move, even in judge Middleton's court. Ah it's September again. I've seen them in court before together and she's like this in every single one of them.
Yeah for two streams in one day! Have to wonder if Judge Middleton wishes he could order both that 1) she moves out of this landlord's house and 2) there be a 3 way no contact order set up between each of these two parties and himself. I don't think the judge would be terribly sad if he never heard from either of these parties again.
Miss Prego has something seriously wrong with her thinking, she is so rude to the very person (Judge) who holds her freedom In the palm of her hands. I think she needs to stay In jail, to keep out of trouble while she's pregnant. Poor unborn baby already has a job when it's born.
