The little girl is cute, yes, but giving kids a pass for being cute is how you end up with a teenaged monster, who later becomes an entitled adult. One of my relatives made that mistake, and is now the proud parent of Almost Literally Satan. 😅

There is no proof the little girl was lying. She told a plausible story. She put the candy on the counter near her dad. He opened it to taste it and gave his little girl some candy. If dad wasn't informed that she couldn't have candy his actions were justified.
Seriously! If me or my siblings had lied like that my mom would have been like "okay, well then I'm going to ask your dad" and we would have caved immediately.

The wildest is the one that was personal to Charlotte. It's people like that that make you realize it is *actually* possible to turn your brain completely off. "My attendance is personal information and I do not like it being shared" after sharing their own "attendance" themselves, to your own, personal event? Flabbergasted.
that's liar's panic. when a liar is caught lying, they backpedal as quickly as they can and grab whatever sounds plausible at the time without actually considering the content of what they're saying. Lying is digging a hole, the bigger the lie the deeper that hole gets, and when someone catches you it's not a graceful scramble to get out of there.

His biggest mistake was not positioning the phone on his other ear so that the screen would be out of view of the camera. Wouldn't make him less of a tool, but would have spared him some embarrassment.
Erm, nowdays you can actually navigate from your phone call into different aps while stayin in said call. Especially if your phone lights up durong certain notifications.

Nobody said there was, but there is something wrong with lying about ur height. It already shows to ur potential partners that u may be dishonest in the relationship. This applies to women too. Don’t lie about your weight, looks, height, etc.
Why do we assume its a lie tho? I spent most of my 20s believing I was 5'5" because I'd never measured my height after I hit 11. A friend who was my height said they were 5'5". So I went with the assumption I was too. Found out I was 5'3" at the doctors about four years back. Was very confused. Then recalled. I only ever saw that friend on nights out, when I wore heels. Queue facepalm. It wasn't a lie, just being a lil dumb and not really giving a damn about something that didn't affect my day to day life.

As for the kid lying outright and getting a pass, no. A few "passes" creates a monster we all have to deal with later. And you can tell that kid is used to it. That giggle tells you she was waiting for the "verdict" to see if she'd get away with it. Kid's gonna be a lawyer.

I was 6' when I was younger, but these days I'm like 5'10-5'11 spine compression is real. Gravity wants us all short.
She was also using a flexible tape measure while having to reach up to get it to the top of his head...I wouldn't necessarily trust her accuracy.
True, I am or was 5'9. I got into a car accident and I think I shrunk from back damage. Oddly though, I still had to use 5'9 crutches from another injury after. 🤷🏻♀️ I am still confused by that.

I met him about 8 years after his wife and I had left the company (company moved). The IVF was approved because it met the criteria. I knew her personally but never met her husband. He and I dated/hooked up at least 2-3x a month. It wasn't serious, I was focused on my son. I would meet him at "his" apartment. Turned out it was his friend's. How I figured out that he was married was because I found pictures of me and a couple of my coworkers. I still keep in touch with two of them, so i framed them and hung it up. He had an odd look on his face he saw it. I asked what was up, and he said nothing, just looking. Later he mentioned his two kids, the 2nd child had a unique name (combo of his and hers) when I heard it, combined with the odd expression while looking at the picture, and his name although common was her husband's name. I immediately confronted him. He was trying to cheatsplain. After I mentioned some personal things she had told me, he didn't have a way out. I never did tell her. I was too embarrassed, had lost touch with her, and didn't want to be the "other" woman. He called me several times, but nope, too late. The last time he called me, I was already married. He STILL asked for an intimate picture... so I sent it, for old times' sake. It was a picture of my husband and I kissing after the priest pronounced us husband and wife.... very intimate picture... the story is long and with too many plot twists to type on my phone.
I was dating a guy for 4 years. I came to find out that he was a former coworkers husband, and I was an essential part of her getting their IVF approved. I worked for an insurance company in appeals and grievances, and i handle employee appeals. 😂 Left his ass the minute it was discovered.

Mom says "I said no candy, so did you ask daddy" and the girl's response "Idk, he just gave it to me. I set it on the counter, he opened it, took a bite, then gave it to me" and she has that "idk, I think it's absolutely crazy, too, mom!" just kills me... Idk if it's the age or what, but my kids tried to lie and I crushed their souls when I told them exactly what they did, how they did it, and their thought process going through it.. They said to me, "mom! how do you know that??!!" BECAUSE YOU'RE MY KID!! I know you! My mom used to catch me (13-15 y/o) when I'd tell her I was staying after school to "study", but I was really going to the park with my boyfriend, and I'd ask her how she knew. She never told me, but I did later find out (when I was in 20's) that her friend was calling her and telling her where she seen me at. I couldn't ever figure it out, and I don't remember seeing her friends' vehicles. When my kids started getting older, I realized "ohhh, that's how she did it." Now it's my turn to confuse my kids and it's honestly gratifying seeing them question everything just as I did lol My son asked me the other day, "mom, how did you know?" and I told him it's because I know absolutely everything. Everything. I told him how many times he'd gone to the bathroom that day, too. His eyes went wide. I know where my kids are at all times, so yeah, I know when someone is in that bathroom. Especially since they both have their tells. They both leave a trail of evidence behind them, so it's not hard. A blind person could figure out where they were and what they were doing 🙄 My son doesn't have a low volume, either. It's either loud af or he's asleep. My daughter is a klutz and you can tell exactly where she is and what she's doing based on how many times she's said "ow" lmfao
I once met a guy on line, he said he was 6ft. Then we mer irl...he wasn't 6 ft, but he continued to say that (I am 6 ft and I was taller than him)...and asked me how tall my heels was.....wasn't wearing heels, where on flat sandals.
I didn't care that he was shorter than me, he was cute.

6:10 he did not look six foot next to that girl, unless she was Charlotte-tall. I get why he lied, though - many girls claim they won't date guys under 6ft (even when they're like 5ft3.) I could never get away with that, sadly, as I'm 5ft8 and look it - in fact, most girls in the UK are my height or taller (and my co-worker who's 5ft7 says I can't be 5ft8 because she's taller than me, but she's not, and I am.)
The last one reminds me of my neice years ago. My brother and I walk into the room and my neice has a snack. My brother gets an upset look on his face, and he asks her what she's doing with the snack. Our mom goes "Oh it's okay sweetie! She asked me for it first." My brother goes "So did you ask grandma for that snack before or after you asked me and I said no?" The look on our mom's face was priceless. Utter betrayal and disappointment. My niece didn't get to finish that snack. 😄

Know what sucks? The judgements on Judge Judy aren't real. The winner is paid by production and the loser pays nothing, even though the judgement is entered against them. I'm sure if they have to return property then they have to return it, but if it's a monetary ruling then the person doesn't actually pay anything.

On the flip side with the Doordash one - customers lie about not getting food all the time. Only diff is it could cost your driver their job. Last night, a friend got a contract violation for 'order not received ', Her husband, who drives with her, literally took a picture of her handing the bag to the customer. Doordash still won't remove it.
She's reviewed those videos a lot and dragged them for doing it.
