Ooh totally! Dashi is a powdered soup stock (sort of like powdered chicken broth), so you probably won’t find it in any other form. You could also make the soup base yourself (it’s mostly just kombu and anchovy), but it wouldn’t really be a dry seasoning though 🤘🏽🤘🏽
