I love and have made Generat Tso. This is a wild twist and likely tastes great but too much work for me to take on.

Haha you can do it! Some shortcuts I’d recommend, definitely start with frozen fries, cause it’s way easier. If ur really lazy, you could also skip the fried cheese curd, and just throw the curd over fries with the sauce 🤘🏽
